    My current cycle

    Hi all.. I am brand new to this forum but, looks like a good place to keep a running log of my cycle. My goals always fluctuate because in mind I will always be the fat kid I grew up as but, for now I am going after being slightly leaner for the summer and hitting bigger numbers to get ready for my first geared meets in August and then December of this year.

    Back round before starting cycle May 6 2013:
    Age 30 Height 5'9 Weight 193lbs 12%BF Just started powerlifting this year with my first raw meet doing 440lbs Squat, 320lbs Bench and 501lbs Deadlift. My current RMR is about 2800 calories. I got down to about 10%BF and 188lbs a month ago at 2567 calories per day and felt too small so, now I am keeping between 2800-3000 calories per day. When I feel fat I drop back down to the 2500-2600 cal range for a few days.

    May 6-15
    Tren 75mg ed
    Masterone 100mg ed
    Test C 125mg 2x week

    May 16-June 16 planning
    Tren 75mg eod
    Masterone 100mg eod
    Test C 60mg eod(just easier to mix it all up and shoot at the same time)
    When my goody bag comes in next week I will add .50mg Cabergoline 2x week

    Only addition planned is to add some Nolva and Exemastane the week before and week of a few pool events to look extra dry.

    Current numbers: 198lbs still around 12% and I know that all my lifts are up. Weather this is from the Tren or from mental edge, I dont care at the moment.

    5/13 benched 425lbs in my shirt for 4 singles
    5/16 squated 495lbs straight weight plus 170lbs band tension at the top. 665lbs at the top including bands for 2 reps.(felt awesome)
    5/20 close grip bench 275lbs for 4 sets of 4

    These are pretty good numbers for very little sleep over the last week or so and for fighting a small cold. I will post more next week when I go for some new PRs..

    Previous cycle were many years ago of moderate Test and Deca and some Dbol when I felt the need to get super bloated.. dont need that these days but, I will get back to the deca some time this year for sure.

    No HCG at current. I plan to run a week or two for it every few months when I feel I need it but that will probably be all for that.

    Feeling very strong after taking a day off of training yesterday. This coming week I should have my caber in and when I start that I will post anything that I feel from that. I have never used it in the past but, after reading up on it a good bit im excited to see what it does for me in my lifting and with being able to handle dieting a bit better hopefully.
    thanks to any and all reading and keeping up. All words of advice will be looked into..

    HCG during cycle all the time. Not occasionally.
    Are you running an AI at all even though test dose is lower or banking on the mast to help there?
    You could probably get by with .25 caber x 2 per week and save the rest.

    I dont have any HCG on hand and honestly cant find a source for it. I am getting a bit older but never used it in the past and have only recently thought about getting some.
    No AI at the moment but have some Letro and Nolva, with Exemestane on the way. Not had much trouble with estrogen sides in the past with much higher dose cycles of test so not too worried at the moment.
    The caber pills that are coming in are .50 per so i can probably cut them in half and stick with that if i dont need the full amount but I should have plenty to run it at .50 2x week for this cycle and the next.

    Forgot to say that I started on a fat burner the 2 days ago to take advantage of the fat loss from the tren. it called HotRox i take 2-3 pills a day and the only other caffine is usually a pre workout if i feel i need a boost and maybe one zero carb Monster drink a day because they are deliscious.

    My weight has been staying stable at 198lbs for a week now. as of today I will go back down on my calories for the next 4 days to drop off a few pounds and lean up. My body usually responds very well when I drop my carbs by 40-50g for just a few days at a time then going back to normal for a week or more before doing it again.
    As for strength im doing well with my raw bench hitting 355lbs yesterday for 2 singles even after beating up my arms good on weekend(shoulders/triceps saturday and legs and biceps sunday)
    Overall feeling good.

    Good day at work and good day in the gym..

    Warmed up and then squated raw:
    405lbs for 2
    455lbs for 2
    495lbs for 1
    545lbs fell.. too big of a jump since I have never hit more then 515lbs raw..
    500lbs for 1
    then beat my legs to pieces with stiff leg deadlifts at 225lbs for 30+ total reps and many high rep moderate weight leg extensions.

    Have some HCG on the way now. Excited about that.
    I went up to ED injections of 100mg daily, I am starting to see striations across me chest even though im around 12%BF still. Strength is doing good and will test some numbers probably late next week.
    I also know my shoulders and Lats get crazy pumps now especially on a day like today where I put my carbs up by around 50grams above what im used to.
    That's all to report for now.

    up another 2lbs and feeling huge. I worked back for high reps, hit heavy dumbbell flys and then destroyed my biceps and felt amazing.. couldn't use my arms properly for 2 hours because my pump was so big.

    been a good week for hypertrophy work.. this coming week i will go back to focusing more in the 3 reps for 5-6 sets on my big 3 lifts..

    Think I will go back to eod pinning tomorrow. more about being patient with my 3 year old then anything else. He is not bad and I dont have a temper but he is quite draining sometimes and I know that running extra high tren cant be helping even if it isnt hurting.

    thats the only thoughts for today.. still overall very happy with where this is all going. thanks for listening

    Thanks Pump.. No pics now, don't really care about the looks that much. Nice when my six pac comes in for a few days at a time after feel fat for a day or two and eat 25600 calories instead of the 3,000 call I should be at for maintenance.

    Hit 275 bench for 5 sets of 5 yesterday on a day I felt over worked and week. Pretty happy about that and will be killing some squats like normal tomorrow.

    Im excited because tomorrow my AIs and my first batch of peptides should arrive.. I will have Aromasin, Nolva and for peptides Frag 176-191 and CJC-1295 NO-DAC 2mg (MOD GRF 1-29). Should be interesting..

    Started today with me and a friend doing sprints while pulling my sled. Sled weighs about 60lbs then started adding weight..
    Did 2 rounds of 40 yard sprints followed by walking back with 1 45lb plate
    2 rounds with 2 plates
    1 round with 3 plates( starts to suc)
    1 1/2 rounds with 4 plates ( we were pretty happy to make it this one)
    1 more round of 2 and one last sprint of 1 plate...

    Great workout

    Tonight after work I got warmed up and worked up to 515lbs in my suit for 3 doubles. Not the any where close my heaviest but not bad for doing it after a morning of sled sprints..
    I will take tomorrow and rest like I should have yesterday and come back much stronger next week.

    All of my ancillaries showed up yesterday!!
    Started Nolva 100mg for yesterday and today and then will dose down from there to 80mg tomorrow through sunday then down to 40mg till thursday and then 20mg for a week after that. This is as much to block estrogen as it is to drop some water before a pool party in two weeks.. I know vanity from a powerlifter is a little silly.
    I started prami at .25mg ed and will run for remainder of the cycle.
    I will probably start the Aromasin next week..

    please bash me for doing something wrong but at least push me in the right direction in the process.

    Otherwise all around easy day. Today was supposed to be an off day so i did a short 10min jog and then hit some moderate weight and low volume shoulders and biceps.

    So I have been running Prami and Nolva for around a week now and started the Aromasin as previously stated as well..

    I used up my last open bottle of Tren and then gave the last 2 bottles of tren and mast to a friend that ran out with 3 weeks left of his body building season.

    Overall im happy with my strength and size.. I wasn't eating enough for most of the cycle to gain much if any yet I went up around 10lbs and can still see my abbs especially the day after some HIIT.. Besides feeling like a pin cushion from time to time I have gains with no complaints, I consider that a success.

    Now the fun part where some of yall might flame me or think it sounds like fun..

    Monday i put my test to up to 250mg and will hit it again tomorrow at the same. I will be ordering some HCG in the next couple of weeks run for a month to get production back up take care of any health issues I dont know about. I will drop the Nolva and Prami next week and keep running the Aromasin throughout.

    So I will use the next few weeks as a bridge and then I will add in 500-600 weekly Deca split between Monday and Thursday. When i have run the Deca for a week or two I will get started on cabergoline 2x weekly.

    give me some thoughts guys

    Well have had a world of change and anxiety in my personal life in the last 2 weeks and pretty much destroyed most of if not all of my size gains from the Tren. I cant really eat when my anxiety gets up to high. I hit 201lbs at my height from the cycle and now in this last weekend have delt with a lot of issues and just started eating enough to get back up to 192lbs today.
    Sadly, I dropped all the way down to 189lbs.

    I did have a good light weight high rep deadlift session this afternoon and cant wait to get back into the weight room tomorrow and hit it hard.
    I will try for a max of some kind of bench tomorrow as usual and then use my 2 rep max next Monday to gauge where I should Open and what numbers I will try to attempt at my up coming Power Lifting Meet on August 3rd.
