Hi all.. I am brand new to this forum but, looks like a good place to keep a running log of my cycle. My goals always fluctuate because in mind I will always be the fat kid I grew up as but, for now I am going after being slightly leaner for the summer and hitting bigger numbers to get ready for my first geared meets in August and then December of this year.
Back round before starting cycle May 6 2013:
Age 30 Height 5'9 Weight 193lbs 12%BF Just started powerlifting this year with my first raw meet doing 440lbs Squat, 320lbs Bench and 501lbs Deadlift. My current RMR is about 2800 calories. I got down to about 10%BF and 188lbs a month ago at 2567 calories per day and felt too small so, now I am keeping between 2800-3000 calories per day. When I feel fat I drop back down to the 2500-2600 cal range for a few days.
May 6-15
Tren 75mg ed
Masterone 100mg ed
Test C 125mg 2x week
May 16-June 16 planning
Tren 75mg eod
Masterone 100mg eod
Test C 60mg eod(just easier to mix it all up and shoot at the same time)
When my goody bag comes in next week I will add .50mg Cabergoline 2x week
Only addition planned is to add some Nolva and Exemastane the week before and week of a few pool events to look extra dry.
