Good look with the cycle maybe you should have gotten body fat to 15% before you started......but your on your journey now I always recommend fasted cardio followed by another 30min session 8-10 hours later

I may abandon this forum as I am sick of the steroid dot com pop up that I can't click the X. When I try it opens the site in a new tab and it's annoying to read. Also for some reason I have to log in every time I come here to avoid this, but none of my other forum sites require me to log in every time. Usually once every few days at most.
