    12 weeks sust/deca/dbol personal experience and results after pct.

    Here we are, almost a month after my pct. Starting point 93 kg, went up to 101kg, weight kept (right now) 99kg,. I look way better and I lost some fat as well. Bf now 11% bf before 13%

    Cycle:
    Sust 250 2xW 10 weeks follow by 100mg test prop 3xw for 2 weeks (while waiting to start pct)
    Deca 400mg w 10 weeks
    Dbol 6 weeks 40mg/day

    Hcg 250 3xw increased to 500 EOD for the last 2 weeks before pct.
    adex 0,25 e3d/eod

    Diet: 4000cal 40%pro 45% carbs 15% fats

    Pct
    Clomid 75/50/50/25
    Nova 40/20/20/20

    I used clemb for 2 weeks in pct and I feel like it helped me to eat alot and I look better.

    Here my experience:
    Positive:
    Great workouts, high intensity. I never skip a training session in three months but I'm not used to skip session anyway; great libido, happy mood. Great results.

    Problems:
    Bad pip but probably due to some virgin muscles.
    Cough after injecting in my ass...it last 4 minutes. thanks I experienced it only one time.
    Test shrank a little bit, but way less than the previous cycles.
    Light acne on my chest, went away with some topic cream (Isotrexin) thanks to NHS

    What could I have done better:
    Sust run at 3xw
    dbol better at 50mg/day for 4 weeks
    Deca 12 weeks

    Thanks to what I learnt in this forum I handle my cycle much better, and during pct I felt good and didn't feel emotional. after the pct I felt really good and still feel really good and my morning wood is always present. In one month time I'll have my blood work and see what it says.

    Supplements and food I consider essential and I take right now to support my weight and my recovery.
    Vit d 5000iu morning and before bed
    ZMA mor and before bed
    Brazilian nuts 3 morning and before bed (high in selenium)
    Eggs from 11 egg whites to 5 whole eggs depend on the day
    Meet 700 grams a day
    Weight gainer 2 day
    Proteins before bed or a couple of mozzarella light.
    Dates for potassium when I’m on clembuterol.
    Multivitamin and vit C.

    Just wanted to share, let me know what you think.

    Any before and after pictures? Also how much did your bench, squat, and deadlift numbers go up?

    I have several tattoos and I don't really feel like posting pictures. Right now I Bench 130kg 4 reps, Front Squat 130 5 reps, Deadlift 170 5 reps. Before cycle I bench 110 4 reps, front squat 110kg perhaps I should have increase more, deadlift 140kg.

    I totally understand. That's the same reason I don't post pictures. I completely inked up. Someone who knows me would totally recognize me without a doubt. I don't really know to kg=lbs equation But those seem like some pretty solid gains man. Good work
