Test - Deca cycle (3rd cycle)

Am starting a new cycle which my 3rd cycle am 5'7" 165 lb 16% fats...

My previous cycle was test only then test & bold...

Now am starting a new cycle which is

Week 1-14 test e 500mg ew
Week 1-12 Deca 500mg ew

Pct week 17-20 nolva 40/20/20/10
Clomid 50/50/50/25

My diet will be 2500-3000 cal 40% protien 40% carbs 20% fats..

So any advice or comments on my cycle i will be thankful :)

Might want to incorperate Hcg into your cycle to try and reduce testicular atrophy. I would also change your Pct to :
Clo: 100/50/50/50
Nov: 40/40/20/20

So the dosage of the gear are Ok?

And also about hcg i forgot to mention that i will take 5000 iu every 4 weeks because i don't know how split the ampule (its 5000 iu/amp)

Hcg should be dosed at 250 ius twice a week. If you take a minute and dig into the Pct section (or use the search button), you will find details on how to reconstitute Hcg and how to mix it properly.
