My First Cycle Complete Log
So I've been bulking for the past 3 months and finally have the gear to start my first cycle.
I plan to keep this thread updated often so I can use as reference for future cycles
Some stats:
Age - 23 (24 next month)
Height - 5'10
Weight - 184
Bf% - I'm guessing 15-16%?? I've attached pic
Years Training - 3
Cycle history - None
I will be running
test e 250mgX2 a week (mon,thurs) week1-10
Dbol 50mgEd week1-4
Aromasin 12.5 Ed for bloating and will up it if needed.
For pct I plan clomid and nolva for 4 weeks.
I have these both on hand but still haven't decided what dosage to take them at since there are so many protocols online. All I know is that I will start them two weeks after my last test e pin and by then I will have decided the doses.
For this cycle I will be continuing with my bulk.
My maintenance is around 23-2400 calories so I will continue with what I'm having now (3400 calories). I'll probably up my calories mid way through the cycle so I can keep on moving up.
I'll try to post my meals at the end of the day, I use the my fitness pal app to log everything so that shouldnt be too hard.
For my workouts I'll be running a four day split, one day rest and repeat.
Day1- chest/tris,
Day2- back/hams/biceps
Day3- shoulders/traps
Day4- legs
I'll be posting my workouts too so I can see the progress.
Will be doing my first pin soon so I'll be back and post how that goes.

Little too young and by the pic nowhere near you genetic potential(Not knocking you great work keep it up!) not much muscle there though but what do I know. Anyways I am guessing you don’t plan on backing out of this, long story short once you inject test atrophy will begin to set in which could bring an assortment of issues. If you like and want to protect you nuts hcg 250ius twice a week starting week 1 right up until 3 days before your pct starts I personally would not run a cycle without it. Plus it will make your pct have a way better chance for great success. Good luck

thx for the concern drake.. but like you said I'm not backing out.
I've made up my mind a while back but its only now that I feel I am ready.
I would have probably started last month but it took my source a couple of weeks to get me the test.
I was going to run hcg but ordered overseas and got a broken vial. They said they would replace it but thats 3-4 weeks of waiting.
Would it still be effective if I start it half ways through cycle and just blast it towards the end?... Im going to be reading up on this.

Did my first pin of test E 250mg on right glute.
Followed all procedures from what I have read to inject properly and it payed off... and yes I did make sure to aspirate before I injected.
The shot was painless as can be, I was really waiting for that pinch people describe but never felt it. It went in quick and clean, maybe because I was so nervous and sweating a lot?
Im a little sore right now but nothing that worries me so all good so far. I already took my dose of dbol and aromasin so I will consider this Day 1 Complete

Hey there, first post, hah. I'll definitely be coming back to this log to see how your first cycle goes as I am looking to do my first one some time next year hopefully. I want to get as much knowledge as possible before doing it. Just wondering if you'd be able to send me the info you have for pinning well, just in case it's any different from what I've read. Looking to minimize the pain/redness which can be associated with it. Thanks

Was going to do a coplete log but its going to be too much. Ill post up 2 week update pics instead.
I just finished the end of my 4th week and Im blowing up. Strength through the roof and libido is insane.

Im currently at 205 and might be lowering my calories a bit since Im gaining too much fat.
Attatched is my most recent pic at the end of fourth week yesterday.
Also, I got my hands on some hcg so im going to be starting that asap.

Finished my fifth week yesterday.
Im at 208lbs, its crazy how much weight im still putting on without the dbol . Strenght is still through the roof.
I did 300+ lbs on squats for reps today like it was nothing.
Also feel the boys at their original size with that hcg . It feels a little weird though with a little bit of pain. I figured it was them just coming back. Going to drop dose to 250iu X2 per week since boys look normal now.
Also, my second vial of test is is 300mg per ml so I will be upping the dose to 600mg per week as to keep the cycle 10weeks.
Looking forward to the end of week 6 for that progress pic because it also seems like im losing some fat. Im able to see my abs(2 upper abs) again which surprised me since I ended up not lowering my calories.

When you mentioned the squatting thing you kinda reminded me of before I hurt my knee I was able to squat 365 for sets of 10. Even if you can move the heavy weight I wouldn't always push yourself too hard, or at least not every workout. You will set yourself up for injury, don't end up like me and have a ****ed up knee for the past 8 months -_-
