So I've been bulking for the past 3 months and finally have the gear to start my first cycle.
I plan to keep this thread updated often so I can use as reference for future cycles
Some stats:
Age - 23 (24 next month)
Height - 5'10
Weight - 184
Bf% - I'm guessing 15-16%?? I've attached pic
Years Training - 3
Cycle history - None
I will be running
test e 250mgX2 a week (mon,thurs) week1-10
Dbol 50mgEd week1-4
Aromasin 12.5 Ed for bloating and will up it if needed.
For pct I plan clomid and nolva for 4 weeks.
I have these both on hand but still haven't decided what dosage to take them at since there are so many protocols online. All I know is that I will start them two weeks after my last test e pin and by then I will have decided the doses.
For this cycle I will be continuing with my bulk.
My maintenance is around 23-2400 calories so I will continue with what I'm having now (3400 calories). I'll probably up my calories mid way through the cycle so I can keep on moving up.
I'll try to post my meals at the end of the day, I use the my fitness pal app to log everything so that shouldnt be too hard.
For my workouts I'll be running a four day split, one day rest and repeat.
Day1- chest/tris,
Day2- back/hams/biceps
Day3- shoulders/traps
Day4- legs
I'll be posting my workouts too so I can see the progress.
