    1st cycle results + 2nd advice

    Hey guys new to this forum, but have always read and re-read the profiles for research but now I have encountered an obstacle.

    Anyways, this will be my 2nd cycle and I need help deciding on what other compound to use

    My 1st cycle was: stats (5'11: 230 lbs: 23)

    1-2 week 300 mg t-prop (to kind of gauge how it would affect me)
    3-4 week 300 mg t-prop + 300 mg nandrolone -prop
    5-6 week 300 mg t-prop + 300 mg nandrolone-prop + 400 mg t-cyp + 300 mg deca
    7-11 week 400 mg t-cyp + 300 mg deca
    12-14 week 400 mg t-cyp
    15-16 20mg nolva ed

    I went from 5'11 to 6'1 and 230 to 215 lifting 4-6x a week lifting and wrestling 3-4x a week

    deadlift 460 - 500
    squat 335 - 390
    front-squat 245-300
    DB bench 100x3 - 100x10 or 110x3
    full-clean 185-225
    snatch 155-175

    I did this cycle using propionate esters at first in case I had bad reactions so that I could quickly stop and then switched to longer esters because they had 2-3 times the mg/vial + less pinning.

    It really helped me get leaner + stronger on low doses for a 1st cycle. Acne increased slightly around week 7 and on and had a soft boner twice on a 8.89584/10 babe that apparently wont talk to me anymore...

    My only real concern is now that I've been off for over a month my hair is seemingly loose around the temples and pulls out easily. But during my cycle it wasn't like this, only now that I'm off. (Dad went bald around 23 but I still have like 90% of my hair vs his 20%)


    :::2nd Cycle:::

    Dbol 20-30 mg ed /4 weeks
    Cyp 300-500 mg /week
    Deca 250 mg/ week (mostly because I was noticing my knees felt good on it) (Or should I just up the deca and get gains from it)

    And maybe one other compound, maybe to get the majority of gains on and preferably not derivatives of DHT so I don't go bald any faster.

    I ask here because, when dealing with 3-4 compounds simultaneously is kind of getting difficult to find research and I was wondering if anyone could suggest another compound. (Anavar is too expensive for me)

    Edit: Also, anything special about the test blends?? I'm considering trying a T-400 cyp100/enth100/prop200 (or something) mixture, it's much cheaper as it will have 4000 mgs/vial vs 2500 for cyp(100$) and 1000 for prop (70$)

    Okay so it's about a month and a half since I've finished my cycle


    DL - 500
    DB Bench 100x9


    Squatting+Clean+Snatch (hurt my knee wrestling so can't tell for a couple more weeks)


    I would say I've kept 95% of my strength gains

    A 2 week pct? Which you started only days after your last shot of test c?

    It's a bit of a train wreck mate. I would strongly suggest you go and get some bloodwork before you even consider doing a test only cycle.

    What's your bodyfat %?

    Ok, aside from the fact that you are a little young to be cycling can you answer the following?

    How did you grow 2 inches in height on cycle?

    What was your bodyfat at the start of your cycle? I'm guessing incredibly high if you lost weight on cycle and finished about 18%.

    Why didn't you run test only?

    Did you run HCG or an AI or something for prolactin control on cycle?

    Now, you should have waited 18 days after your last shot before you started PCT and ran nolva and clomid for 4 weeks.

    Your first cycle was a bit of a car crash, I would strongly recommend you get some bloodwork done before you even consider thinking about a test only second cycle.

    that deadlift must be broken back mountain form

    Still waiting for the answer on how you gained 2 inches of HEIGHT. I want that secret because I've always wanted to be 6' 2" tall but I got jacked by the height gods and I'm stuck at 6 feet. please share!

    It's actually with pretty good form, I can do 405 for 8 reps on DL, 505x1 raw, straight back slightly rounded shoulders, with or without belt belt

    And now that my knee is feeling better I was able to squat 385x1 without too much trouble, well below parallel. 315x6 ATG

    Most of the weight loss was probably from doing 2 hours of cardio 3-4x a week

    I didn't take an AI (I was watching out for sides though) and HCG is so damn expensive (but I will definitely get it next time)

    Thanks for the comments Back in Black, I will do better next time, I have been off-cycle for quite a while now and have lost barely ANY strength, my barbell bench even went up to 295x1 but I think that is because my CNS is able to recruit more muscles and not due to more muscle mass existing.

    was just kidding on the height bros


    edit: How do I go about safely getting bloodwork done, I mean without like implicating myself or sending off redflags to insurance companies and stuff if you guys know what I mean.
