    4 weeks in

    4 weeks running test -e 500mg week
    ~3000-3200 cal daily . Ive cut cardio out for the 10 weeks .. I normally cruise between 225-230 lb weighed in at 240 but feel like I'm holding water and extremely bloated .. About to start winny at 50mg EOD ..

    Debating on picking the cardio back up and cutting my calories back to around 2600-2700. Any input would be great

    HCG should be here in a day or so plan on taking ASAP 250iu weekly

    Much sodium in your diet? Drop what you can.

    Dropping 400-500 cals from your diet AND adding cardio back in is gonna put you up to 1000cals per day less than you are on now. I would do cardio anyway, bulking or not. Just keep your cals where they are. 3200 is maintenance for me at 200lbs.

    Yeah started thinking about the sodium. Maybe with the increase in cal is maybe part of the problem ... Will add the cardio back give another update in a few weeks

    If you make a point of limiting sodium you will know in a couple of days if diet is the issue.

    How many cals are you up since starting the cycle. Take into account your dropped cardio too.

    Normally around 2500 -2800 .. With age and lifestyle and the fact I work in a lab and sit on my ass 12hrs a day I try and keep a clean diet .. But will splurge .. Might be a tad bit low compared to everyone else
