TRAINING
I've been training hard for the last for the last 3.5 years. Before that it was more on than off. Never been into cutting and chiseled abs. More about size and strength. I enjoy the feeling of completely wrecking my body, walking away knowing my workout was a real workout. The following regiment has been the staple of my workouts for the last 3 years with the exception of switching shoulders from day 1 to day 3. Everything I do I super set. On the compound moments I do 5 set. I Start out every workout with it, I.E. bench, squats, deadlifts. I have recently converted most of the workout to as much dumb bell use as possible. Trying to even everything out. This workout is completed with a partner. Spotter at all times. Goal for movements is failure in the last 2 sets.

Diet

I have been working on a few different diets that have been created for me and some of the ideas off the internet. I do not feel my regular diet was up to par for an aas cycle. Please feel free to input thoughts or criticism. I have the challenge of working this diet around my gym and work schedule. I am up at 4. Gym at 5 for 1.5-2 hours. Then by 7:30 at work as a tech at a dealership until 6 pm. Time with the wife and kids then bed at 8-8:30. Never later.

4-4:45 am pre workout
1 Cup of coffee
Pre-workout (Used to be Jack3d trying to find something comparable)

7 am
5 whole eggs.
1 raisin bagel w/peanut butter
8oz orange juice
1/2 serving, 2 scoops of MHP "Up Your Mass"

9:30-10:00
3oz tuna
1/2 cup broccoli
1 LF cheese stick

12:30-1:00
6oz of lean meatballs in homemade marinara sauce.
1 1/2-2 cups plain pasta
1 serving of fruit

3:30-4:00
6oz turkey
1 slice LF cheese
2 slices whole grain bread
1 serving of edamame

6:30-7:00
4 oz Chicken
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 cup spinach

Shortly before bed
Whey protein shake

I, in my opinion, am a fairly healthy male. Blood pressure has always been right on target. I can run a mile and shortly after show 127/66 with a pulse of 72.
I unfortunately I have never had a reason to ever go to the doctor so I have not ever had blood work done. I am in the process of doing so and will post during and post-cycle results. I am not allergic to ANYTHING. Meds or otherwise. I have always had a high tolerance for anything. In my teens it was the obvious stuff and later years its been apparent in meds received for dental work. All of which I try as hard as possible to stay away from. Anyway point being I think I'm pretty healthy.

1-12 Test-E 600mg/week
1-10 Deca 300mg/week
ED .25 Arimidex

15-19 Clomid 100/50/50/50
15-20 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20

I know that some say EOD on the arimidex but for the sake of routine I chose ED.
I have located some hcg . Finally, and it should be here soon I will start that the moment I get it.
I have split up the doses to twice a week 300/150 on Wednesday and the rest Sunday

Weeks 1-2
Up until today I have not felt anything really.
I have noticed a slight dip in my sleeping ability however I still jump right out of bed at 4 in the morning.
I have also noticed a very slight decrease in my sex drive. That, though, I cant say for sure its anything could be in my head.
Yesterday morning might be the first sign of things. I absolutely wrecked my legs and my shoulders. To the point of dizziness. Later that night and even today (rest day) I feel like I never went to the gym. It might not be anything at all as it can still be too soon to notice. But I know that I should have had a hard time moving. Especially towards the end of the day.
I have tried both glutes, with success. And my quads, also with success. The most painful was the quads. The ass was like a really good leg day and some lunges after a long time. I recently realized that I can add both compounds to one pin and will do that for the future.
For now, that is all I have time for. Lots and Lots of typing for tech. I am not comp guy. If I left anything out I will read and re read this, and update as needed.

I would also like to thank everyone on site that has been informative to myself and everyone else. Thanks for your time. I am still learning. Still soaking it all in. Sometimes It is hard to follow but after 5 times reading it kicks in.
