DBOL & TEST E Cycle LOG
Alright so Ive been wanting to start a log just haven't gotten to it but im on day 11 of my DBOl and TEST E first time cycle.
Stats before cycle 5'11 194
Stats on Day 11 205 lbs
Dbol 50mg ED
Test 250 Monday and Thursday
I didnt want to start taking 50 mg till next week but i got too anxious because 30 mg a day wasn't giving me anything to cry home about. Its weird because i feel the side effects of the dbol but their minor effects. Im not really hungry like people say. And i haven't put on any strength gains yet and thats alarming me. Im thinking the DBOl is either under dosed or itrs not dbol. ITS A UGL BUT FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE. The pumps have been great and have put on about 10 lbs but that's obviously water. I thought i would be getting stronger at this point....i was wondering if i should be eating more? Im eating 6 meals a day AVG 50 Grams of protein 20 grams of fat and 50 grams of carbs. Drinking at least a gallon of water as well. Taking 5 grams of creatine monohydrate as well.
I do feel that my libido has gone up ALOT and for negative side effects maybe a pimple or two and slight back bumps....on leg day last week though it felt like someone was repeatably stabbing my in the back Lol.
Im just dieing to get stronger and so far nothing yet! I have chest tonight and plan on setting a PR HOPEFULLY. im gonna start updating the log now!

Alright so maybe the Gear Gods heard my cry for help because I definitely had great strength gains tonight! I went in the gym promising myself to bench 245 for 6 and ending up doing 10 reps! Chest is my weakest body part so I want to really add strength and pack on alot of mass. After that set i was so pumped i added a dime on each side. Throughout the rest of the workout i was feeling fantastic and had a great pump. I barely have a vein going from the top of my right pec into my shoulder and tonight it really was visible. That was cool. I guess it took me longer than usual to see strength gains? Maybe im just expecting too much? Anyways Im happy with the results so far and cant wait for legs tommorow although im dreading the back pumpssss. Might have to pick up some taurine ASAP should have already to be honest.
A little recap of the past week and a half.
First Injection was smooth. RIGHT GLUTE... next day it was sore as hell but that was expected. Went away in about three days.
2nd injection was smooth. LEFT GLUTE....not as sore but still sore for a day or two
3rd injection was smooth. RIGHT GLUTE...Im sticking to the glutes for now. A little skeptical about any other area.
4th injection not smooth...LEFT GLUTE....being that im a righty, it was difficult to hold the needle and aspirate /inject for minute or so. My arm starting shaking cuz it was tired from reaching back and holding the needle. I started to bleed a little but nothing serious. After today i may have to skip the left glute unless i find someone to do it for me.
Gonna keep this updated from here on out.

This was helpful I know why to expect now. I'm looking to start my first cycle however I'm having trouble getting real product most of these sites won't ship to CA.. I need some suggestions on getting quality product.

That was the best pic i can get for now. Will take more when i get the chance.
Dbol is done. Got great strength gains and added on about 20 lbs.
Test started to Kick In on thursday which was my 2nd injection of week 5. Felt a rush after about 20 mins. Just felt LOCKED IN more than ever. Kinda like a preworkout but more natural. I loved it. Current weight is 215. I was eating 4,000 calories a day but went out and bought a mass gainer which has 800 calories in it just to add in more cals. Its hard to sit down and eat 7 meals between work and school but school will be done next week and Ill be able to have more whole foods rather than shakes.
Did 30 mins on the eliptical after a 45 min leg workout tonight
6 sets of squats
8-12 reps
2 min between sets
255 first 3 for 10-12 then last 3 sets 265 for 8
super sets with leg press hamstring curls. 10-12 reps each min and 1/2 between sets. 4 sets total
super set again with leg curl and leg extension 10-12 reps each min and 1/2 between sets. 4 sets total
finished with calf raises 5 sets 6-12 reps. went heavier each set
Just started doin cardio and abs again. My abs react well as long as I do them consistently.
My question is how long should I do cardio for and how often? I havent done cardio in a couple months and want to get a little more toned but obviously not interfere with adding muscle. Any suggestions??
Also havent used my AI yet but have it just incase.

thanks man, dont really care about the lbs.what i look like in the mirror is what matters. Im also taking 5g of creatine so thats adding some more weight right now. But in reality I would love to be 220 with some solid muscle gains and increase in vascularity throughout my arms and shoulders. (They are there now but there not POPPING) I want them to POP lol

Week 6
Monday- first injection of week.
Have been rotating between right quad/left quad and right glute. Cant reach around and hold steady to do the left glute. Had one almost disaster where i was shaking a lot but luckily got it done without any harm. Originally started just doing the glutes but finally tried the quads and its not bad at all. So much easier to control and push the pin in.
Started taking Arimidex EOD .5 because my thigh and ass especially were retaining so much water. Felt my nipples itch a little and thats all i needed to feel in order to start taking the AI. Already look alot more cut and lean.
Did a nice 45 min back workout today. Pumps have been great. Libido is great any chance I have to lay down I automatically start fantasizing Lol. I havent gone out at all either so I only see girls at the gym or walking around town so the Beast hasnt been unleashed YET. A tad increase in vascularity. Been eating clean not one cheat meal and dont really plan on having one. Way to focused. Still hovering at 214-215 lbs which I am happy with. Looked in the Mirror today and im starting to see a bigger upper chest and my back for sure has gotten thicker. (Two of my main goals were to increase these areas). I think I am still a week away from really gaining size. Cant wait. Until then its eat, eat, eat, train, eat alot more and sleep. Beach Season is approaching and its safe to say I'm going to be attending quite often. Cant let the gains sit inside much longer, lol.

Week 7 has approached and I haven't been posting because I'm started to get frustrated with my results. Although I've packed on around 20 lbs, my appearance still looks almost the same. People have noticed I've gotten thicker overall. A few people in particular said "just overall bigger" which is encouraging but not one area in particular in my eyes has changed. I know I look at myself everyday but I know for a fact there is no increase In vascularity, no constant pumps throughout the day. Libido is high, oily skin, strenght has def gone up but no muscle difference. I started doing higher reps 8-12 instead of 6-8/10 that I usually do. But now I'm getting pissed. The gear may be underdosed idk how to tell if it is but I'm Gnna bump up the dose tmmrw and see how it works

NEED ADVICE ASAP
Ive come to the conclusion that my gear has to be under dosed. Week 7 and i have zero muscle gains. The sides are there but limited. Im doing 250 ml monday and thursday so tmmrw would be the second injection of the week. Should I double the dosage? The vial is almost done so should i get from a diff source. This is so frustrating and depressing

Ya man DBol takes 2 weeks to notice strength gains for me, and the fact that your gaining water weight is a good sign. But i would def have an AI on hand to keep the bloat down and no gyno.
