    Bulking Log.

    Hey lads. Decided as of tomorrow its time to get my ass into gear and get back into bulking. Ive already started my cycle but just haven't fed it the correct nutrition which is definetly counterproductive AS I know I just wont grow. So time to change that as of tomorrow.

    Ive been putting it off for the past few days saying ill start tomorrow, then the day comes and I repeat the saying. So now its really going to happen. My cycle will be as follows.

    Please bear in mind this is no cycle for the average beginner , I am A TRT Patient and have multiple cycles under my belt. My goal for this cycle is to pack on as much mass as possible before I diet down lat12er and maintain for a good while. Perhaps few years.

    Cycle as follows.

    1000mg deca
    750mg of eq
    125mg of test e

    0.25mg of arimidex 2x per week and Hcg 2x250iu
    I had to drop the dbol as it was giving me to much acidic reflux and killed my appetite.

    My workout split is as follows.

    Monday: Chest and Traps.
    Tuesday : Quades,Calves, Hammiesk
    Wednesday: Back And rear delts.
    Thursday: Shoulders and traps again.
    Friday: Arms./Calves

    My stats are
    5,11
    105-108kg
    13% Bodyfat

    I love this split and it works great for me. Im smashing Calves and traps 2x because there the only thing lacking I believe.

    I will log daily or as much as I can what I have eaten and updates etc.

    I'm doing a very similar cycle ATM. How are the gains.
    I don't think that's enough Adex personally think you'll need at least 1mg eod.

    How much weight have u put on since starting?? What's your ultimate goal?
