Cycling Albuterol for 2 weeks starting today at 3mcg twice a day.(proper beginner dose?)
No keto, since I plan on taking 2 weeks off and i'd perfer that.
Training: PPL OFF PP OFF Failure on accessories and as heavy as possible.

Diet: 2400kcal ~200pro ~ 250 carbs ~ 76 fats All from natural whole foods. No simple sugary foods, processed shit, sweets etc. That shits triggers me into raging bear mode. Sweet potatoes, lentils, boiled chicken, liver, eggs, cottage cheese, olive oil are the staples of my diet.
Supps: BCAA and six star whey. stopped taking creatine since Im convinced my body deosnt respond to it.
