Hi all,
Just wanting to document my first ever cycle in the hope to get any feedback or advise! I am doing 10mg of Var, half morning and half at night. I am on day 8 so far and haven't really felt any difference in my strength or endurance yet :/ Hoping this changes around day 14 like most seem to say it does!
So far the only possible sides I have seen are spotting, and my period coming a week early. On day 4 and 5 I was tired beyond belief, but this seams to have subsided.
My stats:
Chest - 35"
Waist - 30"
Hips - 39"
Height - 5'2"
Age - 36
Bench - 121lbs for 1 rep
Dead - 209lb for 5 reps
Back squat - 171lbs for 1 reps (below parallel)
I use only free weights, no machines.
My main goal is to be stronger. Obviously I would like to lean down and look more muscular but I am thinking if I focus on up'ing my PB's, the body will come. I had a baby 9 months ago so have only really got back into it seriously in the last 5 or so months, and would like to get rid of the baby belly thats hanging round lol
Endurance is another area I would love to improve. Do you think the Var will help in that area too?
