10 Week Test E with HCG Cycle
Howdy everyone just thought id post up my boring (to vets) test e cycle log.
I have been researching for over 6 months now ensuring i knew as much as i could to complete a safe and effective cycle to help push me to my goal of 17 inch arms and just bigger all over but who doesnt haha.
I did start 1 week ago so have pinned 3 times now in alternating outer quads. Wanted to pin today in ass because both other pins gave me dead legs for 3-4 days but wimped out.
I am 180cm 82ish kg (on the decline atm) not 100% on current b/f (15%) nutrition is solid but learning new things all the time same as workout techniques.
Rightio my cycle is as follows (please critique and advise);
1-10 Test-E 250MG Friday am and Monday pm
1-10 ADEX 0.25 EOD (increase if required)
7-12 HCG 500iu e3.5d (only have 5000iu) suggestions please
13-17 NOLVA 40/40/20/20/20
13-17 CLOMID 100/50/50/50/50
I start bulking diet week after next currently trying to rid more fat before test kicks in.
Eating plan: Macros p299/c309/f105 = 3314cals. DEXTROSE NOT YET INCLUDED SO ADD 90ISH CARB AND 350ISH CALS
B/Fast- oats 1/2 cup
Full cream milk 500ml
Omega flax oil 1 tblspn
Egg raw 2
Whey protein 1scoop
vit d3 2000iu
f/oil 2000mg
Cla
Vit c 500mg
Super complete multi 3tab
9am meal c/breast 200g
zuccini .5 cup cabb 1c carrot .5 snow peas .5 cup b/rice and quinoa mix 1cup hot peri marinade
sugar free redbull
Lunch same as 9am but no r/bull
1630pm/pre gym wholemeal bread 2 slices nat p/b 2tblspn C4 1SCOOP maybe haha creatine 5g
During W/out xtend intra
Post W/out Dextrose (buy this w/end) WHEY 1scp ZMA 1serve
Dinner Chunk of kanga (200g) c/breast or steak
Broccoli 2 cup
Sweet POTATO 150g
Bedtime 2030-2100 Casein with 250ml f/c milk
F/oil 2000mg D3 200IU.
Started new gym program this week which i grabbed from bb.com called Jay cutler mass builder which is 5 days a week with chest/calves, bis/tris, rest, back, shoulders, LEGS and then rest it varys the number of sets each exercise and weeks but stays at 10 rep range.. So far excluding the frustrations that come with a unknown routine and exercises has been awesome!
I hope i can get feedback and might help some others that are also sorting out their first cycle.

Hey everyone Been a while and i kinda been avoiding due to unimpressive gains (according to me)... 14th pin today and weighed and measured and disappointed at stats but here u go.
Current stats first then previous from 10th of august
WEIGHT-85.2KG - 82.5
Measurements- ARMS 36.5 - 38.5 (this hurt the most)
Chest- 106.5 - 106
Stomach- 89 - 92.5
Thigh- 61.5 - 64.5
Calves- 38.5 - 37.5
forearms- 32.5 - 30.5
Macros- P256/C442/F115 CALS 3,738
B/Fast- oats 1/2 cup
Full cream milk 500ml
Omega flax oil 1 tblspn

WHEY PROTEIN 1scoop

Bedtime 2030-2100 Casein with water
F/oil 2000mg D3 200IU.
So after i had a dummy spit at wife and told her i hadn't got bigger and stomped my feet haha jokes maybe
I trying to work out improvements that need to be made?
1. extend cycle till 12weeks
2. up carbs and protein... ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED
3. PROGRAM change more compound less isolation (get in get out)
4. Might add aboost for final weeks suggestions very very appreciated

14th pin so your in week 3-4? Or week 7? Give it time man
