Howdy everyone just thought id post up my boring (to vets) test e cycle log.
I have been researching for over 6 months now ensuring i knew as much as i could to complete a safe and effective cycle to help push me to my goal of 17 inch arms and just bigger all over but who doesnt haha.
I did start 1 week ago so have pinned 3 times now in alternating outer quads. Wanted to pin today in ass because both other pins gave me dead legs for 3-4 days but wimped out.
I am 180cm 82ish kg (on the decline atm) not 100% on current b/f (15%) nutrition is solid but learning new things all the time same as workout techniques.
Rightio my cycle is as follows (please critique and advise);
1-10 Test-E 250MG Friday am and Monday pm
1-10 ADEX 0.25 EOD (increase if required)
7-12 HCG 500iu e3.5d (only have 5000iu) suggestions please
13-17 NOLVA 40/40/20/20/20
13-17 CLOMID 100/50/50/50/50
I start bulking diet week after next currently trying to rid more fat before test kicks in.
Eating plan: Macros p299/c309/f105 = 3314cals. DEXTROSE NOT YET INCLUDED SO ADD 90ISH CARB AND 350ISH CALS
B/Fast- oats 1/2 cup
Full cream milk 500ml
Omega flax oil 1 tblspn

Whey protein 1scoop

9am meal c/breast 200g
zuccini .5 cup cabb 1c carrot .5 snow peas .5 cup b/rice and quinoa mix 1cup hot peri marinade
sugar free redbull
Lunch same as 9am but no r/bull
1630pm/pre gym wholemeal bread 2 slices nat p/b 2tblspn C4 1SCOOP maybe haha creatine 5g
During W/out xtend intra
Post W/out Dextrose (buy this w/end) WHEY 1scp ZMA 1serve
Dinner Chunk of kanga (200g) c/breast or steak
Broccoli 2 cup
Sweet POTATO 150g
Bedtime 2030-2100 Casein with 250ml f/c milk
F/oil 2000mg D3 200IU.
Started new gym program this week which i grabbed from bb.com called Jay cutler mass builder which is 5 days a week with chest/calves, bis/tris, rest, back, shoulders, LEGS and then rest it varys the number of sets each exercise and weeks but stays at 10 rep range.. So far excluding the frustrations that come with a unknown routine and exercises has been awesome!
I hope i can get feedback and might help some others that are also sorting out their first cycle.
