I have just finished my first cycle of test e this week and the results were incredible.
My stats before cycle were 5'7ish, 166lbs, 8% bf. I am currently sitting at ~194lbs with around 10% bf and some water. I am eating upwards of 4000 cals per day as I do hard manual labor 40+ hours a week. That combined with the adex and light cardio is working wonders. I get compliments every day about how big I look, everyone asks me if I'm using, literally at least once a day someone will comment.
My strength went through the roof...
Deadlift before cycle - 405x3 (belt)
Deadlift at end of cycle - 525x1 (beltless)
Bench Press before cycle - 225x3
Bench Press at end of cycle - 310x1
Squat before cycle - 325x1 (belt)
Squat at end of cycle - 425x1 (beltless)
Cycle:
Weeks 1-9: Test Enanthate 500mg/week
Weeks 10-12: Test Propionate 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-12: Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
Weeks 4-12: HCG 500iu/week
I decided to finish off with prop as I waited for the long ester to clear. Did 3 weeks of prop after my last Test E shot. Last shot of prop was on Wednesday and starting PCT on Monday. I wanted to make sure I was back down to natty levels and everything cleared out of my system in order to get the most out of the SERMS.
