Thread: 10 Week Cycle Completion: Photos & Stat's Before & After

    This was my first cycle, started June 18th. I was planning on a 12 week cycle but had to cut it to 10 weeks due to traveling to Europe next week. Although I will work out there, I didn't want to bring on the airplane.


    Stats:

    6'1
    33 y/o
    Body Fat: Not sure
    Before Weight: 208 pounds (6/18)
    After Weight: 227.6 pounds (8/23)


    Cycle:

    Test E 500mg per week 1-10

    Anadrol 25mg per day 1-5

    HCG 500iu per week 1-10

    AI EOD .25 then bumped it to .5 EOD


    PCT: Clomid and Nolva two weeks after last injection which will be tomorrow

    *Also added in HGH after the 1st month at 4IU per day


    (Lots of vitamins, liver protection, creatine throughout)

    My diet progressed well, but was not perfected until the last 4-5 weeks.


    I am looking forward to keeping it going and working harder. I am not sure the weight I want to end up at, maybe around 230-235 and focus on decreasing body fat and maintaining weight.

    Good progress now comes the hard part, keeping what you gained!!

    And focus more on legs they are lagging big time!

    Thanks, appreciate it.

    I'm about 224 lbs now, haven't lost any gains, maybe just a bit of water weight. Started PCT this past weds. I did an extra half week of cycle in Europe.

    My wedding ring has to be resized by two sizes because of the gains. I've been looking at my hands lately and notice them growing larger. That is probably the HGH.

    I'll post updated photos here in another few weeks or so..

    Don't mess with your wedding ring just yet. The hands can deceptively hold a lot of water weight even when you don't think your bloated anywhere else. Give it several weeks to get through pct and see how much they change when your system normalizes and any extra water weight is out. When I first started trt I didn't feel bloated, but I couldn't even put my wedding ring on anymore and was convinced my hands had grown. It eventually went away and my ring fits fine again now.

    PCT is feeing a little sluggish, lack of energy, loss of sex drive, slightly emotional, almost like a come down..

    Tomorrow starts week 2 of PCT. Hopefully it gets a bit better.. Seems harder to maintain weight even while eating the same calories.

    Still going to gym same days and eating the same.

    Thanks for feedback. It Can get a little scary not being able to take it off. We'll see how pct goes.

    Weight is 222, so I'm maintaining well. Macros are 40/40/20 most of the time. Need to reduce bf though. Did 3 hours of cardio today- beach volleyball, after gym.

    Workout was usually 5 days a week, no order of days, just averaged two days off.

    Usually did 15 min of elliptical to start, then 45 min of weights. (The cardio got the heart going for weight training)

    The biggest difference in my weight training on cycle was a more productive pace with less time between sets, and a constant need to keep going without breaks.

    If I finished one set, I would go immediately to a different machine with same body part, continuing a high pace, little rest, and constantly moving. I've continued this style of workout post cycle and I really feel it's amazing.

    Usually did one body part at a time each day.

    Legs
    Arm
    Shoulders
    Chest
    Back

    Nothing too crazy, just pushed myself harder then normal and pace was much-much higher.

    Weight still the same. Starting to feel leaner while maintaining the same weight. Went from 205ish to 220+ within a short time,and finally starting to feel comfortable in my new size, without worrying about major losses. Eating the same as I did on cycle basically..

    This is last week of pct . I wish cycling didn't give acne or hair loss and I would definitely be planning next cycle for winter... But I'm thinking I'll just keep dieting and lifting and no alcohol..

    PCT ended last weds. I'll get blood work 8 weeks from then. I'm feeling amazing all around. Body, mind, spirit feel clear and happy. That also has to do with little to no alcohol in almost five months (non on cycle). I'm now keeping it to around 2 drinks if i go out..

    Weight usually is around 219-220 at the end of each day. Gym same around 5-6 days a week. Calories I'm still at 3800 day some days few hundred less.

    Water weight is about completely gone. But still feel I'm maintaining weight well. I've always been around 205 pounds my adult life even while training hard, so to be at 220 and feeling pretty lean is amazing.

    Back at 222 pounds. Looks like weight is getting stabilized & staying above 220. Focusing on 3800 calories / day. 40/40/20 macros. I chase them most everyday, but it works for me . Been thinking about a second cycle. Can't imagine my gains would be starting at 220+. Wouldn't be for few months or so though if so..

    Now 225lbs ...gaining . 30/30/40 macros.. Changed it up a bit. And I really could care less about my bf . That will come later to reduce as seen fit. Size is key,then bf will be reduced while maintaining weight.

    My weight is 229. Wow....

    Changing my macros really sped up the weight gain. 40 carbs / 30 protein / 30 fats. I'm loving it. Just need to make sure I do enough cardio, been doing 20 min before each workout.

    Most I've ever weighed. Had to take a picture lol.

    I'm considering a new goal: To get to the 240 range then cut to 225 in Summer so I'm still big but with lower body fat and higher muscle definition.

    Weight Is now 236. I was around 206 or so mid June before cycle. I'm 8 weeks post PCT next week. Still gaining weight rapidly. Diet is still 3800 calories.

    Weight at 236 now:

    Now I want to focus on more stomach and chest and biceps definition.

    Libido is almost back.. There are good days and bad days still.. But I know it's getting better. Getting blood work next week so I'll post that up.

    Blood tests came back. dr said everything was normal but the liver panel, it was elevated. And my side has been hurting on and off for over a year (right side).. Kinda worried. I knew something wasn't ok long time ago. Hoping it's just due to high protein, caffeine, or diet... He wants me to come in Monday for more tests.

    Really hope all can be corrected without problem.. I will post follow up.

    Cycle was a success. Started off around 208 and currently 231. And even feeling pretty lean. I feel the fat shedding and lean muscle more every day. Goal now is really just to stick around 230 and get the BF as low as possible.
