This last two month I ated alot... Meaning between 3-6k calorie daily.
Mostly clean except for the last week.
Gained lot of strengh and good amount of size and fat.
My blast is:
700mg tren-a / weeks
250mg test-e/weeks
60mcg T3/day
50mg winstrol/day
60-80mcg clen/day(only if my blood pressure allows it)
Depending on how cutting goes I may tried rapid fat loss protocol from lyle mcdonald for 5-10days.
My stats were on the 29 september:
5 foot 10
192pounds
I guesstimate my BF at 16-17%(lot of water there)
Now Im at 189.4lbs
Trying to get down to 180.
Now my goal:
Would like to drop 4-5% bodyfat.(and lots of water)
Will keeping as much muscle as possible.(shouldnt lose any with that much tren)
Heavy goal heavy blast...
I always struggled losing fat no matter what I did. My hunger is just so ****ing huge...
I heard many times that high tren supress appetite, I hope it will be my case, at 525mg/weeks I was still as hungry as usual if not more...
Therefore ive never been under 13% bf and im aiming at 10-12%
I need to do it short cause being in a deficit for too long makes me crazy.
