Diet - 6 smaller meals/day consisiting of broccoli,chicken,spinach,brown rice,greek yogurt, Kale salads, Turkey, asparagus, green beans, and on sundays I get a small bag of ketchup chips.
PCT week 13-16
I am 2 weeks out and have never felt/had better athletic performance in my life. It had been a while since I had done a cycle and after a back injury in July I was out for a bit and put on quite the weight. Get to gym once a day and twice a day from Thursdays-Mondays. Bloods all good and my vitals have actually gotten way better sitting at 110/60 after multiple checks, Precycle my vitals were sitting around 125/75. Quit smoking too ;)

Lifts have all increased significantly, was 192 starting and now sitting at 184 with insane cardio x daily
When I get lifting the vascularity is rediculously awesome and muscle hardness is great. First cycle I have ran in a couple years but researched and planned to get to where I want to be.
Let me know some feedback.
