Ultimate Cycle Thread
Starting Date---------June 16 2003------------------------------
Starting Stats 6'2 285 17-20% b/f
CYCLE
weeks 1-10 RT Enanthate 750mg
weeks 1-10 RT Equipoise 500mg
weeks 1-6 RT Winstrol 50mg/day
weeks 10-12 RT Winstrol 50mg/day
weeks 13-17 clomid therapy
Arimidex as needed throughout cycle
May add cytomel at week 6 if comfortable with it.
Will use thermogenic throughout cycle.
Schedule:
7:00 wake up and drink water and take thermo
7:15 45 minutes of medium paced cardio
8:30 1st meal consisting of protein and carbs
10:30 1 hr of intense workout
11:30 RTD post workout coctail 50 grams protein and 50 grams dextrose
11:45-1:00- shower and take a nap
1:30- meal 3 carbs and protein
4:30-chicken or tilapia with spinach leafs sauteed and cheese
7:30- RTD shake with flaxoil

May I ask why you're planning on using Winny as your starter and your Finisher ??? Just curious. I know you know what you're doin. Lookin for something so that you'll keep most of your gains early on ??

I was going to polish off the cycle with Fina but I would like to save that compound until my cycle experience is a little higher. Most of you probly dont realize this but I have only had one go at a cycle about a year and a half ago. I was way too young and way undereducated about AAS. I went with 200mg of test and 200mg of deca for 5 weeks and stopped b/c dad took me to get tested. I never used anti-e's or anything precautionary drugs either. I didn't eat right and was going out partying as well. Pretty much I am considerring this my first cycle. Wish me luck brothers
Oh yea on another note I do work 2-6 every day as a pharmacy technician. Nice schedule I love it

Good luck with the cycle! With your work schedule, you should be able to really focus on diet and training and do things 100% this time.

Arms- 18 1/4 after a pump(small for weight)
chest- 54 on non workout day
waist- 36 jeans
weight-294
bench press-335 8 times needed help on last two.
leg press-14 plates each side half reps
shrug- 315 12 times
40 yard dash-4.97
Current
weight-284
waist-38 jeans
arms-17 3/4 (bad bad for weight)
bench- dont max out nemore but i rep with 275 and dumbell with 120's
leg press with 4 plates(trying to get back into working legs)
40 yard dash- hahah haha
shrug-275 for reps with extreme form
chest measure 54 on good day
I responded extremely well to the half ass cycle I did last time and put on massive weight and tons of strenght so im expecting alot from this cycle considerring how much I have learned since
I also wanted to add that the heavy lifting that I used to do I believe hurt me in the long run. I am aiming to emphasize on quality reps instead of the quantity of plates I have therefore im going to use minimal weights but with the best of form.
My workout for each bodypart will be 4 excercises 3 sets of each. my schedule will look something like this
monday- chest tri's
tuesday- back bi's
wednesday-calf forearm
thursday-shoulder traps
friday- legs
sat-off
sunday chest tri's
Start cycle over with back bi's being monday routine and so on

No i dont play football bro was heavily recruited in 01(senior year) waiting on a free ride straight to LSU and busted my knee. Came back harder then ever running faster and weighing more then ever(thanx to the half ass cycle) and ended up saying the hell with it. I would rather just ride my academic scholarship through college and end up with a 6 fig career for a lifetime then a 7 fig carreer(football) that could end in a year or worse end before it started. Well I said 6 fig career but ill probly end up being a pharmacist which is not really six figs but enough you know and its something i enjoy doing(im a pharmacy technician right now).
Today is Day three and im feeling good. No changes as of yet i dont think. The scale this morning says 279 but im pretty sure its cause my body's been depleting of everything since last night for sleep. Just got through pumping 45 minutes of light cardio and about to eat my first meal. Ill update you guys. my training was intense yesterda but found myself losing drive about 30 minutes in. Ill try to pump harder this week

End Of The Week Update
Well guys its Friday and time for a end-of-the-week update. I have been lifting pretty intense over the last week but diet has been extremely shitty. Its time to increase the pace and get on track so i can take my body to a whole new level over this cycle. After this weekend its fucking on boys. I am considerring extending my cycle to 15 weeks I will play it bye ear and decide when the time comes. Good thing is I have plenty of gear to do so if I do decide to go that route. Weight is in at 280 this morning and all muscles feeling hard and full. My diet has been high protein and high carb and high fat so really reall shitty I have been just stuffing my face but next week im going into shock treatment eating all clean as stated in initial post. Ill update again boys stand bye

FKITLETSGO, man get your shyte together bro! Get that diet keyed in ASAP and let's start packing on all 'dat muscle bro. You have alot of free time to put into this cycle and it doesn't matter what you take or how you lift, diet is what determines how well your end results will be. Regroup this weekend and come out Monday swinging brother!

Back In Full Swing
Back in action today full swing cardio this morning for 45 minutes fast paced walking about to eat my first meal of the day and then hit the gym.
Here is my altered cycle:
weeks 1-15 Eq 500 mg/week
weeks 1-15 Test Ent 750mg/week
weeks 1-4 Winny 50mg/day
weeks 9-15 Fina 75mg/day
weeks 9-15 cytomel (have yet to schedule dosing)
After this cycle I will break for 10 weeks total after clomid therapy giving me total of 13 weeks without gear then will jump into bulking cycle. After the bulking cycle which will probly be a 12-15 week blitz ill break for a few months....(maybe).
weight as of this morning on empty stomach 276 bodyfat seems to be down a little spite my binge eatin on the weekend, Kicking into full schedule today bro's so pump me up. Peace

So you're not going to do the typical time on = time off? I will be on this cyle for a total of 20+ weeks and was thinking of onl stayign off for 12-16 weeks and than jumping back on myself.
