Hey everyone! I just ordered a cycle of Clen, Test 600x, and PGh. I am brand spankin new at all of this so help me out guys! Best kind of diet? Best style of workout? Best dosage schedule? All the basic noob questions I guess. Ive got a good amount of weight (body fat) to lose so any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
