    Serostim Log

Going to create a GH log thread. First time running GH and I screwed up the first week by listening to my insurance company tell me what dose to take and before you criticize me I am running dry currently so my body can reset before going on the dose I desire. Basically I ran the full bottle for a week and ran through a kit in no time. I gained 10lb of some nasty water weight and CTS in that week, now finally healed up from it. Sleep however is awesome! SO here is the plan.

6iu 5/2 OR 7 (depending on my sides if any this time)
Running Test Cyp at 200mg weekly (may bump to 400, 200x2 per week)
May be obtaining a different combo of compounds soon for shredding purposes

Currently at 200lb'ish with around 12-14% BF (this was done by a calculator based on wrist, waist, etc measurements-I do not have any other tool yet)
    5'9"
I can post other stats later tonight so this log will be more accurate.

Diet is fairly clean. Lots of lean protein options and complex carbs, just need to add more veggies for sure.

Super stoked about this new adventure in my life and will definitely need some more experienced user input.

By the way THIS IS PHARMA GRADE

    DOSE 1

Pinned 3iu subQ and hit the gym for a spontaneous arm/calf pump. Took some Karbolyn/Glutamine with me since i haven't been able to eat since around 1pm. Normally there would be nothing to post during a first day but since I OD'ed it seems the beneficial effects are starting to show. Better pumps for sure, better sleep and insane appetite. Up to hat point though was super lethargy and swollen hands.

The kits came with sterile water but local pharm is ordering me a case, yes CASE, of bac water for the long run.

Woke up with hands being somewhat tight and calves tight. Slept like a baby and had some odd dreams that felt way too real.

I apologize for the clarity. The lighting in this place is the equivalent of a cave. Will try to get some at the gym as I have a lot more definition than these pics show.

    DAY 3

Woke up feeling like a champ. Really good and super deep sleep. Hands are getting pretty tight which is a neat feeling in my opinion other than occasional nerve pinching (thumb area). Appetite is starting to change. At times I don't feel hungry but I know I have to eat and once I do, I start shoveling it down as if I haven't eaten all day.

So pretty soon I will be adding Tren E, Test E, Mast and Anavar to the mix and will start fasted cardio 3-4x a week on top of my 'normal' routine.

    DAY 4

Sleep is still awesome. Up until I started I haven't slept good, close to 4-5 months waking every 2-3 hours for no reason. Now it feels like instant REM sleep. Hands are getting tighter and nerve pinching is happening inside of palm near thumbs. Appetite is good and water intake has increased. However if I start to sit still for too long I want to nap, a lot. Once i stand up and get moving my energy level is insane. Noticing libido increasing a TON, not that it was bad before but I am at the point again where I want it 7 times a day.

Put up 405x2 on deadlift today just because I felt like it. I don't max out much as that isn't my goal however I felt strong to day and got a new PR so..

    Time to eat!!

Didn't sleep much. Sweating all night and peeing every 2 hours. On top of that hands being numb or tingly didn't help.

Got my bac water and some more 1/2ml pins for the journey. Killed shoulder workout with some slight nerve pinching going on in the hands. Taking 20mg melatonin to help me sleep tonight.

Anyone ever site injected before? I pinned .5cc of test cyp into each calf muscle few weeks ago then trained them. BAD idea ha.

I'm still quite new at all of this however I would say yes on the Anti Inflammatory. About over all that!!!! Nip it in the bud before it gets miserable.

Def don't want the swollen ankles again. Not painful but odd because i leave 'imprints' in my skin where it is swollen.

Reminds me I need to take my other half dose. Got sidetracked eating!!

but for the record I have Anastrozole and Tamoxifen sitting aside and use mostly on an as needed basis since I normally don't get sides from anything (yay for me!)

Dropping dose to 4iu daily (2 am/2 pwo) and starting fasted cardio. Rest of supps not in yet so the true shred hasn't begun. Not wanting my ankles to look like balloons again so hopefully this will help them look normal again.

    DAY 10

Been a busy weekend but the swelling is hit and miss. I notice it is practically non existent if I do fasted cardio in the a.m. Hands aren't tight the rest of the day and feet are normal looking.

However today there are some aches and pains-back pumps anyone?? Some hand and joint pain (very slight) but better with movement and stretching. Appetite seems to be gone until I actually force myself to eat, then it is easy to scarf it down. Sleep is still solid with some occasional waking due to hand numbness. My stack should be arriving today and I can foresee and insane amount of muscle density and tightness. Lowering my calorie intake as I believe it is above maintenance levels (shooting for 2500-2700) with carb cycling involved. Got 3 months to drop some fat.

    DAY 11

Swelling in hand and feet has gone down. Looks normal now. I notice if I sit around for long periods of time (my job now requires me to sit at a desk more often) and that seems to be when my feet swell up. Drinking more water than usual seems to be helping as well. Upped my dose back to 6iu split again.

Did legs yesterday and the pump was almost non-existent (low carb day) but they ached which was odd. Energy level is really good still considering.

If anyone has any tips I am all ears. Gh is very new to me and I want to maximize its benefits. What time frame is expected to see some fat loss?

Best thing that works for me is 2gal water/day...any less and I notice more swelling. Weird and get sick of water but not as irritating as water retention. As for fat loss....no clue...your my guinea pig

Before I started GH water was very hard to get down. Now it is nothing but 2 gallons is very challenging due to my job (chemical plant) so open containers on the floor are forbidden.

Making small talk to reach my 25 posts since I was trying to post my proposed cycle for the next 8-10 weeks and details about dosage/frequency. But vascularity is a'comin.

Pumps are still insane and strength seems higher. Few more carbs today than yesterday but sitting around 125g today.

Honestly I want to lose about 5%BF in 3 months and I am curious to see how this will turn out with not much change in diet food (type).
Amount is getting lowered to about 2600 cal per day which is doable but body temp is ridiculous.

    Starting A-var @50 daily for 4 weeks
    Adding Tren E 125 twice/wk
    Test E 125 twice/wk
    Mast 125 twice/wk
    Test Cyp 100 twice/wk

I have Anastro I will be doing 1mg 3x a week to hold down sides unless I need to go to Tamoxifen .

    Let the insane vascularity begin.
I will be getting blood work done sometime over the next few weeks so I can keep in somewhat good health.

    DAY 13

Despite not having slept good the last 2 nights my energy level has been pretty high. Had a good grunt session during my back workout yesterday. Hands were feeling normal until this morning. Slightly painful in thumb area, nerve pinching type feeling and tightness. Other than that just been thirsty and hungry.

    1. Tightness/Pain in hands
    2. Sleeplessness

Both are almost guaranteed w/me while on var. Hands (especially right one) sometimes fully lock upon waking up in mornings seems all the extra water on this cycle helped...but not a lot. I did read that extra fish oil may help...did not try it as extra fish oil also helps one go to the bathroom more so than what's considered regular. I think @girlygymrat said this about fish oil but could be mistaken. Was also told that if arthritis runs in your family medical history it may be part of it.
Of course this issue is more bothersome after any upper body work as you are constantly using your grip....seems the only days it eases off is after leg day...then back to pain. You may want to concentrate more on not squeezing with your grip so much and concentrating more on making the contractions with the actual muscle (I do tons of isolation movements) you are working. It's kind of weird at first but it has helped implement more of a mind/muscle connection and alleviates the hand pain a little...not much but some and the bonus is that it adds more challenge/resistance to the lift being performed. All just IMO...again haven't been at this very long so may be completely off base.

    2. Sleeplessness....while cycling for me it does not EVER go away...nothing works...NOTHING. Neither does the increased hunger or thirst. Maybe the hunger is what wakes me up every two hours...not sure but can not wait to actually sleep more than 2 hours at a time. Please inform if you find anything that helps. Minus an appetite suppressant as I am trying to avoid those until it's absolutely necessary.

Ok...carry on and your doing great with these updates. Please continue as they are much appreciated!

    Thanks for the info!

For sure the tightness is more apparent after back day. I use a suicide type grip ('hooks') more so than normal grip out of habit since I started training and helps more so with the hand pain. Makes bench press sometimes difficult since the weight is full force on my palms. Arthritis doesn't run in the family thankfully. However I def need to work more on isolation movements now that i have a decent foundation built (lats and calves mostly).

And my last tren cycle kept me up more so for night sweats than anything but I think now it has a lot to do with hand numbness and pain. As of right now they feel a little tight but no pain. Normally upon waking is the worst time for me. Surprisingly the thing that has helped the most with sleep is the Wal-Mart brand melatonin (10mg tablets) and I take 2 about 45 min before bed. OR every once in a long while I will down some whiskey (shot or two) to help me relax a bit but it is maybe few times a year this happens as I rarely drink. A 6- pack lasts me about 3 months!

Got a new charger for my camera battery (after a year) so hopefully this weekend I can provide some better posing shots for everyone to critique.

    DAY 14

Sleep was SH!T. Not going to like the sleepless nights for the next 8 weeks. Found out I have even less time to drop fat off before vacation and bummed about it. Arms and hands kept going numb last night and were painful when making a fist (nerve pinch). Super irritated this morning and forgot to grab eggs last night so I settled for protein pancakes (gross) with sugar free syrup.

Since I have not listed this prior to now, my supplements are multi-vitamin, emergen-c and aminos (in the AM).

Going to get a diet plan set up tomorrow to hopefully look better soon.

I have never slept so bad in my life. No comfortable positions. Hand numbness and tight as hell. This is going to make training hard as I am also kicking in HIIT along with fasted 3 times a week.

Got a carb cylce plan going also so in 2 weeks we can see where I stand.

    May power nap after breakfast.

    DAY 18

Metabolism is starting to skyrocket. Night sweats have returned. Had a super headache yesterday from my neck being tight as a rock. Did legs and the performance was just unreal. Not a very massive pump but i could have done legs for ages seemed like, not that it was easy! (high carb day too ). Will try to post last weeks phone picture. Stil holding about 202lb but I have a feeling it will start dropping off quick now that the sweats are back.

Looking great...water retention is satans spit!!! Do you have access to a sauna? 10 minutes in one of those and it always seems to make me feel a lot less bubbled.

Unfortunately no. Small town. Closest one might be about a 30 min drive if 24hr Fitness has one. Yeah i had major water ret during the first week and it has lessened. That 1 gallon a day is getting so much easier. Cotton mouth all day now and the only time today I did not have sweat running down my back was around 6pm until now. But feeling whole lots better at least for the time being. On to more crap sleep! Got the fasted at 4am and not entirely dreading it yet.

Wondering if 2 weeks prior to my trip would benefit me to take a diuretic to suck the more water down if I even need to by then. This cycle is kicking in super quick for a long ester set up (1 week in except gh).

    DAY 21

Sleep was super amazing and literally dreamt about eating. Weight still holding steady but everything is feeling tighter. However yesterdays shoulder workout was interesting as it felt like I had an ice pick being jabbed in the palm of my hands when doing presses. Unfortunately I haven't noticed big compositional changes just more vascularity. Energy level is still pretty high-been itching to build stuff (work) so been in the shop welding/moving 200lb pieces of steel around.

    DAY 23

Sleep has improved a TON. Woke up feeling super refreshed and not dreading fasted cardio. Weighed in at 200lb and mid-section seems to be slimming up even more. Starting to hit a point where there seems to be absolutely no recovery time needed in between workouts and I bust my ass more so now than pre-cycle. Loving it all.

I am definitely notcing a HUGE strength boost, more than any cycle I have ever run. The pumps however seem to have disappeared even on high carb days. Did legs yesterday and brutally murdered them and I barely feel any pain today. I actually repped out the most I have ever done on hack squat and still kept going as if I wasn't even training.

Bad side to this is sleeping still. Shoulder pain is keeping me up and not that it is too terrible, just uncomfortable. But the boosted energy level has overcome the lack of sleep.
