cycle results and questions?

Hello all,

Just a quick overview. Im 6'2, 210lbs, 14-17% bf. I just did my first cycle and completed it about 2 months ago. I did sust 250 (500mg/wk for 10 wks). I didn't see the gains I thought I would see. I gained about 10lbs as of my current state. I didn't read into it too much when i first started, although i should have. i got my information from one of my cousins'. however, i'm just starting to plan my next cycle, more revised, more knowledgable, and understood. Let me know what you think.

Dbol (30mb/day wks 1-4)
Sust 250 (500mg/wk wks 1-10)
Deca (400mg/wk wks 1-10)

Would a better test be more sufficient than the sust 250, i ask because i got the sust flu my first cycle. As well, as for anti e's, any suggestions and other comments critiques and advice would be helpful. thanks

Looks good to me. i'd switch the Sust for Enan or Cyp. Sust needs to be shot EOD no less frequent to really effeciently use the prop. Otherwise you'll get dips in blood consistancy and probably experience energy level dips and possibly estrogenic sides early on before the other longer estered test have a chance to stabilize.

Should i add in fina at the end of the cycle??

what about clomid?? or an anti e during my cycle?

Don't add the Fina or you could run into some Prolactin and Progesterone issues.

Clomid 3wks after last injection for 4wks instead of the usual 3.
300-1/100-10/50-17

I'd run 20mg of Nolva throughout the cycle including clomid and a-dex at .5mg if retension is a concern
