First ever test E cycle!
I thought i would start a thread coz a lot of people seem to run it to look at their results from first cycles
so i am 25 years
Around 14-16 BF
185cms
Currently 96.5kg
It is currently the 8th day of my cycle and when i first started i was 93Kg so have put on a bit of water weight already.
AT this stage my one rep max
Squat 190kg
Deadlift 165kg
Bench 110kg
My diet plan wil vary between 2500 and 3000 calories ED depending on my training days, i will be following the article 'what 2500 calories looks like' on bodybuilding.com
I weight train 5/6 times per week starting the Arnold Blueprint
Instruct Fitness classes 4 times a week burning an average 400 calories each class plus participating in 3 or 4 as well.
These are Les mills classes circulating around HIIT with a lot of jumping and body weight exercises!
I have armidex on hand which i have been told to do EOD at .5mg
Im running 75mcg of T3 for another 3 weeks to keep BF down until the Test kicks in!
PCT is the basic one with
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Dunno if i will run the clomid hearing from other fellas on the grape vine they didnt need it but probably just gonna be safe rather than sorry!

Yeh man sure have but i know a few blokes who have just ran nolva and clomid and necer had any issues!
I did look up a heap on the net and its a big debate if it is reall yneed throughout the cycle as well as afterwards but i couldnt find any people having issues with just running the basic PCT

Just finished my second workout for the day.
Did a HIIT this morning. burnt 400 calories with an average heart rate of 152 over 30 minutes.
Lots of jumping lunges, plyometric pushups, mountain climbers and burpees.
Tonight i did legs and lower back with a new PB deadlift of 165kg!
This is week 5 of my program and strength has gone through the roof the past 3 weeks so will be intersting to see when my gear kicks in!
I was wondering about thoughts on Test E and type 2 muscle fibres as that is something i will be working out quite a bit with the cardio work i do. I hope it will help increase athleticism along with size
I am kinda expecting more lean gains over bulk considering a lot of my fitness is plyometric mixed in with fast repetitions when you have weights,
Along with my weights program!

Seem to be putting on size, obbiously water.
98.9 Kgs today. No major strenghth gains yet still not expecting for another week or 2.
Starting to sleep a little bit better and metabolism is thriving, feeling more hungry than usual!
Need to really start focusing on diet.
Still running clen at 100mcg for another week till i start my 2 weeks off in which my gear will be nearly hitting me!
Definately feeling a lit more lethargic during the day but this i believe is just my body adapting to the changes!
I have legs tomorrow along with instructing a HIIT class for half an hour. Plus other physical activities during the day due to libido increase :P

To add to bio comment. Make sure u are resting enough. It sounds like your doing alot of activities. Not saying that's bad but u grow well resting not lifting

Update!
Been a bit slack lately on the weights train but have been doing Aerobic classes and running training as well.
Weight is 99kg currently
Starting to feel a bit more fuller in my shirts .
Got my self a deadlift ysterday of 170kg
Squat 195kg.
This morning i instructed a class and then went to th e gym for chest which i got myself a new PB on bnech of 115Kg
Starting to see some strength results which is exciting!!
Diet hasnt been to bad, seem to be eating a lot more but need to stop eating so much meat and add in some veggies :P
Really struggling with my runing training due to the extra weight i have put on haha

I notice you said you have arimidex on hand
It should be ran from the start to the end of the cycle and dropped 3 days before PCT.
Arimidex is to prevent sides and gyno and keep your E2 levels in range,
There is no point in having it on hand and starting it when you hit problems.
Start your arimidex now IMO.
If your goal from this cycle is to gain muscle then its no good doing aerobic classes and running, i know you are lifting but notice you saying you have been slacking with the weights.

I also agree above, remember to take 2 rest days a week, thats when your muscles will grow, and rest day means rest, dont go running etc.
Also you say you need to start focussing on diet, unless your diet is focussed the cycle will be pretty worthless, you will feel bigger and the scales will show that, but tissue growth needs food, make sure that diet is dialled in, if you slack on diet during and after the cycle, the size will whittle away.
Trust me, ive lost gains from cycles before when i was younger and thought the drugs were the main focus when really the food is. You get bigger when on the cycle period and that can pull the wool over your eyes and make you think "fvck diet, im getting huge"

Great gains IMO, you seem to be keeping water weight off quite well. Are you a cardio freak or just drinking 5 gallons a day? I'm having a little trouble with bloating on first cycle but I'm much older than you and smaller. I do cardio quite a bit and that requires large quantities of calories, I feel like that dude in Monty Python's the meaning of life who blew up from eating too much. With those calories comes sodium and water follows solute. Na+ is reuptaking so the H2O follows leading to a nice heavy look but well aware its not all muscle. 6 pounds in two weeks. So what is your secret?

what a shit week. its JPBarnyard here, lost my email accont so hard to start a new one!
Been absolutely farrrrrrkkkkked with some ghey virus which had me in bed for 3 days and no gym for 5
first day back into it now, i still kept my diet in tact as hard it was to even eat any food at all,
I dropped about 1 kilo, but god it made a difference to my ribs and abs :P stomach is flatter too,
disappointed this has happened especially being in bed for christmas but it happens, now things will get real in the gym.

I have no real secret at all,
Breakfast of a morning is 1 to 2 hours training, 9am (weightst)creatine before and during Bcaas during within 10mins after gym1 cup uncooked oats, table spoon of passionfruit pulp and strawberry sauce, 1 cup protein Wpi, 3 large strawberries with 3 tablespoons of greek yohgurt with greentea (infused with pmegranate and blueberries with i will probably have 5 of a day) lunch at ill try and usually have Salmon or fish twice a week, if not itll be approx 250 to 300 grams of meat with 2 cups of brocoli a mango and tablespoon of greek yohgurt ha
Snack will be a protein shake an hour before gym class
Then i Instruct a class take BCCas during, Creatine before a during
For tea the last 3 weeks,
I have eaten nothing but turkey mince and kangaroo mince wrapped in lettuce in a certan recipe i made my self with carrott eggs onions tomato, peas and corn which i will usually have up to wards 400 grams of,
Kangaroo and turkey a such lean meats!
Ill usually snack on bits of fruit like passionfrut, o pomegranate of a night until bed where i will have one scoop casein protein.
I know i will probably cop some spt from you blokes coz its not counting calories, but thats not what im looking at doing.
My results are speaking from themselves i have a good idea when it comess to visually looking at food and weighing it.
Note that is my basic diet, whihc i work from
Some days i eat more depending if my body tells me ( you just seem to know when that is
I will also have 1 high carb meal a week (spag bog)
And also it h as been impossible to stay off t he drinks this time of the year as well so i have even been having the casual social drink, But i found a drink t hat is 0 carbs, under .01 grams of sugar, full strength and is onbly 69 calories a stubby.
Now christmas is done diet will be strict AF, my protein level will increase as i will start adding eggs with breakfast as my Gear should just about to kick me in the arse.
Sone of you asked about me being a cardio freak, the answer is Hello no.
Thd classers i do are based around weights.
I;e you'll do Squat jumps for 20 seconds off 10 off, then load it up with a bar increase the intenisity to the same,
Lots of pushups claps, pushup rows, frog pushups,
Front loaded lunges with the bar, so yes its cardio but not girly hold my hand running on a treadmill or x trainer.
I have always had a big sollid build to work off so i may be one of the lucky ones in that regard to why i have held my water well, and like you said dude i have been splitting my 1mg Armixdex EOD i dont htink i will have any breaking records in the gym today, as i ahve been out but lets hope i havent lost to uch!

out of know where my dead lift Max has gone from 165 to 190.
Squat from 195 to 200!! Pretty stoked, chest day tomorrow

Got my account back ! Yay
Well, went and did deadlifts today,
New PB of 205kg!
Body weight is sitting on 97kg.
Thinned out around my belly ALOT!
Chest is starting to get bigger, arms have got noticelably more vascular. strength has gone through the roof, and my arse and legs have got a lot more definition! But i dare say this is coz my diet has been nothing short of superb lately.
should start seeing some big results shortly, this is the 31st day into my cycle!
I have been pretty good with sleeping lately as well.
I Havent had any real bad sides yet either so its been good!
The first 4 weeks sleeping would of had to of been the worst!
Currently cooking myself 2 T-Bone steaks for lunch, coz i am hungry AF,
Breakfast consited of 7 eggs and mid morning snack was a 2 table spoons of greek yohgurt, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup rasberries and blended into a smoothie with coconut water.
Tea will be Turkey mince with peas, corn and carrot wrapped up in lettuce.
No doubt i will over indulge but hey its protein :P

Hypertrophy mate,
After a lot of reading there hasnt been many people write logs on the kind of training i am doing.
Some guys will tell me i have know idea, this is true as its my first cycle but im not after "massive gains" like most people probably are on their first cycle.
And so far its doing exactly what i want without getting to big!! So yeah i am excited to see what will happen this next few weeks ")

Well!
Update
I am currently 99.5 kgs, so i have put on just over 6kgs since i started.
Ive cut down my heavy lifting and started doing more lighter weights with increased reps.
Im starting to get a little bit to big and i still have 6 weeks left, people are really noticing and yes! Gonna up my cardio and down my protein intake.
Start eating a lot more fruit and vegies and cut down my shakes by half a scoop.
My joints have started to hurt a little bit lately so instead of having fish once a week im trying to have it every 2nd and 3rd day along with my daily intake of o-mega tablets.
Any other adivice would be good.
Goonna start doing a lot more cardio too. My BF would of gone down too, i can get one more notch up on my belt when i wear pants now. startng to get noticeable seperation in my quads and throough my hips which is great.
My dead is still 205 as i havent tried lifting heavier but my Bench press has gone up to 125 and squat remains at 200kg

start with dex at 0.25mg eod, up if needed.
also i rec the clomid and tamox pct. maybe a few weeks of hcg near end of cycle but NOT into pct, at 500iu 2x a week to help out.
