complete daily first cycle log.
Greetings, I have decided to do my first cycle starting 2016 and I am a logging kind of person so I figured I would start a daily or eod log on here. I have been a lurker for years and a member for a year and I must say I love this place. Everyone us polite and respectful to even the most idiotic of questions. Anyway I will be logging AAS diet and workouts on here in hopes that it may help someone else.
I am starting this log now so when I start on the 1st I will not need to set this up I will list what I did yesterday obviously minus aas and I'll put my next post of my cycle current stats and what not.
Yesterday my diet I included my screen shots a
work out is a Yates/marcus300/kel kel routine
BENT ROWS
2 warm up 135 and 185 only 4 or 5 reps just making sure I'm in working order.
1 working set 225 5 reps drop 200 for 3 reps
YATES LA PULLOVER machine
no warm up just working set 10 reps with stack
2 seconds down 2 secondhold 4 seconds up
SEATED ROWS pulling high tummy
1 warm up to get in the grove
1 working 4 reps with 250 rest pause and got 2 more plus a half rep.
DEAD LIFT YATES MID SHIN
1 warm up 225 5reps feeling stupid pump
1 working 405 for 3 reps and done!
1 set of hyper extention to failure
35 min start to finishing

I dont think you need that intense of a PCT.
75/50/50/50 clomid 40/20/20/20 nolva should be spot on for that cycle
Im pretty sure 12.5 Aromasin ED would also be enough

Thank you as far as PCT goes austinite is a gold mine as with most everything he puts up! Almost forgot I will be getting blood work post cycle and I hope mid cycle I had my pre cycle bloods done about 5 months ago and everything just about was smack dab in the middle test was a bit higher 880 but all normal.

Before and after pics are coming i want to pick a place that has the same lighting as to be as constant as possible. I want as few variables as possible in this cycle so I know how to run future cycles not to mention what a well documented cycle can tell you in measure of information.

I will adjust my PCT here are a few pictures of me unpumped random end of day pics in bad lighting with my 6 year old phone! my log pictures will be a real camera with white back drop and my sister in law will edit out my distinguishing marks.and will be front, back, left side and right side and those I may choose to have

I feel like a celebrity just complimented me hahah! I follow you marcus300 and yates in my work out for the last year and if my legs are pumped which they are not in that picture all you see are veins. And I contribute that to your guys training style of balls the wall all out. I have veins in my lats and lower back just about everywhere and I did not before real failure training. No worries. We all learn from each other here, which is what makes this place invaluable. And we all have room to improve, both physically and mentally. You look good jmalls, keep it up. Do not forget how important blood work is prior to, during and post cycle as described in Austinites First Cycle thread. It's step number one for you.
