This is going to be before and after pics of when I started my first cycle, up until now.
my first cycle was 8wks 300mg tren a 300mg test p.
2nd cycle was 500mg/wk test cyp 10 wks
starting weight was 160ish lbs
current is 185 lbs 10-12%bf
I had many limitations, IE, weeks of military training in between, with poor nutrition during those times. But overall I am very pleased. I never used to do weight training, I wrestled and did more crossfit type training my whole life. Also max 2 rep bench went from 165 to 255.
