    Need some advice

    I want to put on some mass and get a bit lean around the stomach area(who doesnt?)am planning to start a new cycle of running
    Anapolon + Primo for 3 weeks3 x 100ml
    Ultradex for 10 weeks 3 x 100ml during which
    day by day Arimidex
    twice a day Proviron
    and i have Nolvadex for PCT
    This is my 4th cycle I am 42 years old and i workout for the last 5 years.

    1st hopefully very little alcohol( this doesnt depend entirely on me , because of my job i will start the cycle in April 7:00 a.m Creatine + protein shake+aminos
    8:00 a.m chicken breast with salad or potatoes
    10:00 a.m eggs, turkey, low fat cheese
    12:00 not sure
    0200: pm preworkout shake of protein+casein,
    aminos ,creatine and dextrose.
    03:00 pm postworkout same as above+banana
    and a small snack
    06:00 p.m something with protein low fat,
    creatine
    10:30 p.m grilled chicken
    11:00-11:30 casein protein or cottage cheese
    +creatine
    I plan to lift weight 4 times a week and do boxing twice , how does this sound?
    I also drink a lot of coffees, is it ok?
