You need to eat more and better foods. 6x a day. Whole foods, drop to one protein shake, eat some carbs. Don't need to go crazy and count too precisely, but you need food.
Do not run hgh... It's so expensive and highly fake. You're wasting your money unless you plan to compete Mr Olympia.
