about SHBG - I am reading that lowering this hormone will result in greatly increased Free-Testosterone ratio in the blood, thus optimising ones TRT or Cycle experience.
Total-Testosterone means not much at all when it comes to gains/recovery.
I have come across some interesting reads to help lower SHBG by the low dose of TBOL administration (5-10mg a day), but Im still reading and thinking about this.
Im already on 10.000iu vitD, zinc magnesium iron and other goodies that did not impact my SHBG in any significant way it had always sit ~25 range which is ~50% of the range, and thinking of adding this TBOL "trickery" to experiment in the future, making my low dose TRT more effective... all about optimisation, "less is more" logic

Yea amigo, you will break away your "being-shy chains" and look at the world the way you run it, YOU ARE making PROGRESS, that's you vs. yoU vs. yOU vs. YOU , every once in a while you keep changing growing, and its hard for yourself to notice most of the time, unless you take pics and people who are not used to see YOU every day in the mirror, will see progress pic XX months ago, and most current pic and will tell YOU exactly what's what. I just find it more fun with pics then W/O, although its none of our business, maybe you have reasons other that that not to put anything up, its all up to you, but I found it nice self-help step when I had them up.
I didn't even try to encourage, watch-out for what would happen if I really did

Free test seems on a low side, could be due to elevated SHBG, Prolactin, or else maybe Im wrong.
Im sticking with my intramuscular injections since its not as painful as anticipated nor bothersome and more so it is seamless experience since day #1 for me, maybe some day in the future I will do subQ but for now Im just getting comfortable going as I am ( until next time I hit nerve or vein I guess, otherwise I just dont see myself changing )

Great job Proximal, that's awesome how much BF you dropped with TRT alone.
It sounds like you haven't experienced any lumps with that much Test subQ.

I have question for you:
Since you started your TRT or even a Cycle, how do you find your hunger levels increase/change?
Just curious if its really me/placebo/lack of will power in me - as I can effortlessly down 5000-6000kcal a day now easily to fill my hunger needs, and it seems like Im constantly hungry, and that is terrifying to an extent, thinking how would I possibly feel if I jumped on a cycle... I would definitely have to buy myself some serious amounts of whey powders and carry shakers around my belt like hunter carries his ammo

hard call, I am yet to see any strength increase whatsoever from my test on TRT dosage, been 5 weeks and zero strength increase , just more strength in morning wood and more strength in my appetite sweating like a cloud of rain during my cardio and that's all I can be proud of as of now
Its a "compound effect" I believe, you follow something for so long and then it starts to show the fruit of the season.
is there any specific medical reason you do underwater BF% testing of just because you can and it sounds cool?

Hey Prox if your dropping your HCG - you may want to watch your E2... Some people report spikes in Estrogen while on hCG, therefore, their AI dosage may change slightly... Shouldn't be to big of a difference especially since your on TRT and have delt with this(are you primary or secondary/or combo)?
