What do you plan on doing - taking 2/3 cc of your deca once a week, or even 1/3 cc of your deca 2 times a week ?

Man you've got a lot of questions.
First off, I'd recommend you use some fast acting gear, aka Dbol for the first 4 weeks to jump start. And maybe a little more deca, like 400mg... winny part looks good.

Ok, so now you're gonna take 2 cc's of deca once a week. Either you've made a typo earlier / you're confused about dosage or my math is wrong. And I doubt it's the latter.

2 cc's of deca 300 a week is 600 mg's, not the 200 you stated earlier

Johnny..How old are you?

This isn't a flame but I remember both KeyMastur and myself giving you tons of pointers on that cycle and I felt like we were talking to a brick wall. Johnny, you really need to perform more research and make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. At this point, based on what posts you have put up, I don't think this is all sinking in with you. We want to help, but there is a limit to how much hand holding that is going to be done.
