First cycle log - Test E
Age: 22
Weight: 78kg.
Height: 180cm.
BF: 16-18%
Cycle: 500mg - Test E (12 Weeks)
PCT: Nolva & Clomid.
Week 1:
Monday (Pin Day):
Finished training back and ready for my first pin, I was very nervous. I did not inject it myself, but I got a close friend who is expierenced to do.
I did not expect it to be that easy, I thought the injection I would feel a sting and a lot of pressure on the muscle... didn't feel a thing.
Tuesday:
Well, I was wrong. Woke up and could barely roll out of bed... left glute felt like a massive knot. Bearable pain.
Wednesday:
Pain a bit worst then yesterday, still bearable... very tender to touch, no signs of infection.
Thursday (Pin Day):
Still the same pain from the first pin, bit of redness around the injection site, no warmth still a bit tender to touch pain hasn't subsided much. No swelling. Can train legs today without it being a problem.
Went ahead and pinned the other glute, I was much more relaxed... still a bit nervous.
Friday:
Well, now I have two glutes sore. Pain from first glute hasn't gone, but the redness has... bit of bruising on the new site. (Aspirated, and no vein)
Have been getting aches through my whole body and joints, limited my training efforts. think it might be test flu.
Went to sleep very early, because I felt run down.
Saturday:
Not much has changed with the pain in the glutes. Aches through my body come and go throughout the day...Last edited by MnmlTekno; 10-25-2016 at 01:35 AM.

Sunday:
Woke up today, glute pain has rapidly decreased. No muscle and joint pain so far. Will head to the shops to buy some fish oil tablets, heard they are good for lubricating joints.
One thing I've noticed over my years, I am very intolerable to drugs. (Lightweight)
I'd like to see what you guys think, if test e would work good on my body type.
This was taken before my first pin, will post a photo once a week.

And the pain will go down dramatically after your first few pins and your muscles get used to it.

Haha, yeah I didn't write it down. I'll be getting HCG .
Tomorrow is pin day, is it still okay to pin if the muscle is still sore from a previous pin (both glutes, are still sore and I want to avoid my quads, and shoulders as I use them a lot with work)

It's best to have at least two muscle groups to work with. It's your choice whether you use quads or delts, but I think it's best to suck it up and deal with the short term soreness to work in another muscle group. I wouldn't pin glutes again while still sore. Multiple sites will be far better in the long run to avoid scar tissue.

Glute pain from both glutes have disappeared, but will probably be back tomorrow. So far no side effects, if anything I have noticed my libido has decreased? My testicals seem to have shrunk, unless it was really cold...

As of side effects... nothing has really changed yet. A lot of people report that libido increases in week 2... as of mine... libido remains the same. Have always had a high sex-drive, so I probably won't tell the difference!

Seems like my glutes are adapting to the test, no more PIP. Still don't feel any different.

Too soon to really be feeling any sides or noticing testicular shrinkage. Get out of your head man!! Seriously though, the first few weeks is mostly mental, anything noticeable won't start kicking in til weeks 3-4 normally. Keep us posted on your training if you don't mind. It's always helpful to see training styles in relation to results.

Week 3:
Still not feeling any effects, I have even bumped to 700mg a week.
I feel like my libido has decreased? I use to jack off every day now it's like once every 3 days... is this a bad sign?

Why don't you listen to Baxter as he's giving you solid advice. Bumping your dose is only going to screw up your estrogen management.
Try being patient. It doesn't happen overnight, even with steroids .

What lol? I am listening, and I am thankful... I've read a lot of posts by week 3 you should feel an increase in your libido and like Baxter said week 3-4 you should feel a slight increase... I'm being patient I know I won't see any major increase 'till like the 8th/9th week.
All I'm doing is asking should I be worried that my gear may be bunk?

Well, you are 22 years old so your libido should already be high... it can only go so far.
Hormones on the below 25 can be tricky, I wouldn't call it bunk gear just yet.
Hope you know what you are doing, and have a plan if it goes wrong.

Checking in, sorry I haven't kept you guys updated. (If use even really care, haha.)
So it's the start of week 5, can honestly say I am starting to feel it... currently weighing in at 81kg. Could be water weight! But I ain't looking bloated... not sure if this is a sign it veins are popping and around my neck and chest goes really red asif it's sun burnt.
Nearly every night I'm waking up around 2am, and sweating a bit, will post a photo soon. As for libido, still the same.

Sure, wasn't the best.
Meal 1: Quick Oats with Greek yoghurt & blueberries and a banana.
Meal 2: 6 egg whites and one whole egg on two pieces of wholemeal toast
Meal 3: about 300g of chicken breast and white rice
Meal 4: two cans of tuna and a protein bar
Meal 5: 300g of chicken, pumpkin and beans with fried potato and capsicum.
Meal 6: Greek yoghurt with berrys

Basically that's my diet and has been my diet for the last 6 months the only thing that gets changed is meal 5 (dinner) but it's always consist of chicken turkey fish or lean beef

You don't put the carbs quantities, but you probably need it increased to sustain more growth. Try to eat some vegetables too, we need the fiber!

Week 6 Update:
Chest has grown heaps, strength has increased. Veins are popping like crazy, a guy came up to me asking what I was taking... lol.
Benching 80kg for 8 Reps.
