question on deca and sus cycle

I recently bought sustanon 250 and Deca QV 300. Should I take one of them before the others or should i shoot them the same week periods.. I have done a cycle of deca and d-bol in the past and had very good gains. started deca and did 4 weeks of dbol about the 4th week in. Any advice would be great,

his stats are
190lbs
biceps 17"
chest 48" i believe
forearms 13 1/2
age 21

his first cycle was deca 200mg e5d (week 1-4)
deca 300mg e5d (weeks 4- 8)
dbol 25mg ed (week 3-7)

Pretty wierd cycle... well run this one like this:
Dbol 30mg ED 1-4
Sust 125mg EOD 1-8
Deca 400mg EW 1-8
Clomid post cycle/
