    The Perfect F1RST CYCLE for Maximal Gainz?!? (Very Detailed!) Test+Epi

    First off, thanks to all for reading, reviewing, and/or responding to my first cycle log. My goal is to maximize lean muscle gaining potential(minimal fat) with the dedicated hard work and intensity on every lift, alongside a VERY STRICT diet, with AAS used for a little assistance. My first cycle info below is accumulative of 5 years of reading and studying across many boards and patience to make sure I could get my take off as smooth as I possibly could. OVERTHINKING has taken place for added security measures. Enjoy the ride with me!

    Age: 25
    Height: 6ft. 6in.
    Weight: 265 (120 kg)
    BF %: 16%
    Body Type: Mesomorph (w/ endomorph tendencies)

    My Weightlifting Experience:
    I started league football, basketball, and wrestling at a very young age and was put under a lot of pressure from coaches/friends to kick start my weightlifting career at age 12. With all focus on football, at 15 I was a freshman All-American ranking #89 in the nation (#12 out of offensive lineman). My junior year, I committed to a D1 program in the Big East. I left for college in the middle of my HS senior year and started at Left Tackle in 11 of 14 games, as a freshman. At the time, I was blessed to thoroughly work with one of greatest weight training coach I’ve met, who currently works with the Chicago bears’ training staff. Overall, I have been weightlifting for 13 years, but legitimately for 8.

    My Cycle Experience:
    I have ran Epistane a couple years after I was done with football. Other “cycles” include. Ostarine, T3 (cytomel ), Caradine (solo/stack) with PCT always being Nolvadex /Clomid. I know how each of these affect my body and how to properly dose and run them. NEVER HAVE RAN AN INJECTABLE.

    Test Enthanate 500mg/wk – Pinning E3D 250mg/ml

    25g 1.5’ needle w/ 3ml Syringe (For Pinning)
    20g 1’ needle w/ 3ml Syringe (For Drawing)

    (Note: Epistane is RPN Havoc 2014 sealed original bottles)

    Arimidex .25mg EoD
    (Note: dosages can increase up to 1mg/ED depending on estrogenic sides)

    My Cycle Additional Info:

    Avoiding PIP
    - When first drawing, leave small air space will be between the oil and Syringe top
    - The filled syringe will be left standing up for 30-45 mins to settle and release small air bubbles
    - After settling Syringe (w/ drawing needle) will heated in a heating pad for 5 mins
    - Needle will change to 25g 1.5’ right before pinning
    - Pining will be slow ~5 mins per ML”
    - After pinning a HOT HOT shower will be taken
    - 35 Full body squats will be performed after shower.
    Avoiding Test Flu
    - Vitamin C Dosage will double for the first week and a half.
    - Zinc dosage will be doubled for first cycle week.

    Before reading below, please note that 95% of the supplements listed that I will be taking will be of no cost (courtesy of my college friends and team fans). I am 100% aware that nutrition and macro nutrients should be derived from foods as much as possible. I am not promoting to follow this supplements regimen specifically. However, with studying and reveiwing mutiple lab test results of how each supplement solo and stacked, I feel this supplement stack will even aid me further in my goals. Moreso, I have used every supplement solo/stack listed below (except Nizoral & Metamucil) and have recorded reactions/dosages that works for my own body/bodytype.     Too many protein shakes and bars and pills too. I really didn't read that hole novel also looks like fat intake is pretty low too at 15% of Cals.

    Skip the red wine too and 5 minutes to inject 1ml is insane. I don't do the hot showers or squats after and with good gear I never get pip even if I'm dumping a gram of gear in one shot.

    Stick to test only.

    200mg Clomid ED for a week then 150mg ED for a week? You're gonna be crying like a bitch and maybe having vision problems.

    HCG on cycle not in PCT.

    Nolva dosage no need to taper as you do.

    Your protein is too high and carbs probably too low. Your fats are fine, %'s are completely irrelevant. I missed if you were bulking or cutting.

    You can have your workout evaluated in the workout section but I have no idea wtf 'extreme stretching' is and being able to train chest, delts and triceps in the same workout and twice per week?

    Very detailed, I think you have done your research and your smarter than most to ask for a critique.


    Some things I would suggest to reconsider in the Avoid PIP section.

    Heating the oil I think is fine, it will help reduce the viscosity of the oil.

    I would not suggest a hot shower after, reason being. A hot shower isn't penetrative enough to get heat down to the site of muscle deposition. Plus you can introduce bacteria to the injection site, they can potential travel down the injection path. Some cutaneous bacteria are highly motile and have the ability to navigate though the injection path. This is pretty low probability but is not zero.

    Instead, you can alcohol wipe with 70% isopropyl alcohol and gentle massage the site. Do not use 90% as it doesn't have enough water content to cause dessication of bacteria cells which is one action that kills microbs.

    Remember the whole point of IM injection is to "depot," the drug in the muscle for a slow and controlled release over time. If you artificially cause the drug to move out of the muscle faster, your hormone levels will spike then drop rapidly.

    The 35 air squats maybe a good idea 20 minutes after injection just to keep the muscle from spasming, directly after you could potentially cause the drug to be pushed out of the injection path.

    Also do not take 5 min to pin yourself. You might cause yourself a vasovagal response and pass out.

    Don't worry about micro amounts of bubbles, get the big ones out. You need more than a CC of pure air to cause any problem anyway. In fact, my nursing buddies are taught to leave a small amount of air at the end of the injection so that the air bubble pushes the injection a bit deeper and plugs the hole.

    Lastly,

    Don't get super enamored with supplements.
    Honestly a good whey protein, creatine monohydrate, maybe a multi vitamine if your cutting heavily are all you really need.

    You are better off saving your money and focusing your diet on Whole Foods. If you have a broad diet and get enough fruits and veggies in, you will get more than enough of the micro nutrients you need, plus it's in a biological more absorbative form. it will help keep your gut healthy, which will help your gains. Plus that will hopefully drop the need to Metamucil that you have in there. If anything, take 1500mg of magnesium citrate if you're having constipation issues. You need the magnesium anyway for proper muscle contraction.

    I couldn't even read the whole thing I don't know how you typed all that. So many supps seems like you're wasting a thousand bucks a month on supplements. Jesus where do you get the money to blow on all that?

    If you got as much OCD on your training, eating and rest as you did writing all this then it should be a great cycle.

    I would perhaps write a second post, excluding all the BS supps.
    You've written so much I bet few of us read the whole thing,
    Much less remember what we read.
    I can't criticize this cycle at least, I just know you're gonna use some test I think.

    You're drowning the important info with BS.

    Nobody cares that you use 3 types of arginine or argan oil in your hair.
