Cutting/Prep Cycle - Primo/Mast/Winny
What is going on?! It has been awhile since I have been on here but I wanted to update y'all on what I am going to start for my current prep.
I am currently about 22 weeks out from my next show Nov 4. I am going to be getting some Primo 100 to use for about 10 weeks and then I will be switching that out for Mast and Winny. I only want to use the Winny for about 4 weeks just due to it being an oral, so I will probably do the Mast starting at about 8 weeks out and then add in the Winny at 4 weeks out.
I will be checking in with my coach on Sunday so I will update with current weight and pics then. My current training schedule includes lifting 6 days a week and cardio 7 days a week with 5 of those days 50mins steady state and the other 2 being 20mins HIIT followed by 10mins steady state.
Monday: Back
Tuesday: Arms with shoulders (only a couple shoulder exercises to hit medial and post delts)
Wednesday: Legs quad focus
Thursday: Chest
Friday: Shoulders with arms (2 exercises each for biceps and triceps)
Saturday: Legs hamstring/glute focus
I was looking into NPP and EQ as well but I am going to save them for off-season.
