So, decided to Log my first Cycle - :?:
Compunds:
- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total - Injecting Mondays and Thursdays)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Anastrozole @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
Starting Weight: Monday 12th June 94.2kg
Body Fat: 12%
Height: 186cm
Goals: Bulking first cycle - Im already muscular with lean mass, been training for around 5 years and tracking macros for about 2 years.
First Week - From Monday 12th to Monday 19th
Calorie Intake: 3650Calories -
After first injection, and from Monday to Thursday; and during the course of the first week i gained alot of weight (water retention); i felt bloated, and went up to 97.3Kg. Thank god this stopped and the water retention (thanks to arimidex) went away and i got back to my normal weight and started gaining slowly.
Felt incredibly nervous during the first 2 pins, mainly the first one, my entire body was sweating; as for pip, no big deal on the first ones.
Side wise, bloat was the only one during the first week.
Second week: From Monday 19th to Monday 26th: Starting weight 96.5Kg
Calorie Intake: 3650Calories -
Was still with a bit of water and bloated during the first couple days of second week. I started to feel the effects on my body, not strength wise but mood wise (sex drive went up, libido, i was feeling way more aggresive).
On second week i started to get a huge amount of cramps, everywhere, on zones that i've never gotten cramps before.
This got solved (Thanks to forum members) by adding Taurine (5g daily) and more water to my diet.
I injected twice on the same side of my glute by error and got a huge pip here.
Third Week: From Monday 26th to Monday 3rd July: Starting weight: 95.4kg
Calorie Intake: 4150 Calories. - Raised calories a little bit after seeing my weight decrease.
On the course of third week, about to end it; water retention is gone. Once i wake up i can see all my abs again and feel almost no bloat!
As for hair loss, nothing! -
As for acne: Nothing! -
A side that is worth mentioning feeling my skin a bit oily; trying to get more showers than usual to fix this.
As for strength, i felt more powerful and with a huge amount of endurance during last week.
Cramps: Gone.
As for week 3, my 2 injections went away smoothly, 0 pip, im not even nervous anymore and totally used to pin myself, i cant believe im saying this, i was afraid of needles and now im injecting my ass twice a week without issues.
Still waiting for Test to fully kick in and get steady test levels.
Fourth Week: From Monday 3rd July to Monday 10th: Starting weight: 95.9kg
Starting Week 4 - Day 21 of this log.
Week 4 Physic Updates:
Injection N8 and week 4 coming to an end next Monday. (No pip from last injection).
Hit the gym at night, did my chest workout; for some reason i feel im still a but pumped, wich is great; loving the vascularity improvements and the amount of strength im gaining. Feeling really good mood wise; sex drive and relation with gf is going wonderful; she thinks im on viagra or something due to myself being horny as fuck the whole day, lol!
Problem here - Looking for help: WEIGHT
I weight 94.6 today on the scale.. Yeah, im about to end week 4 of test E at 4100 calories daily and my starting weight was 94.2; only gained 400 grams during these 24 days.
Fifth Week: From Monday 10th July to Monday 17th: Starting weight: 96.6kg
total weight gained over the course of the last 4 weeks: 2,4kg wich ends up being a total of 600g per week.
Today my pin N9 goes through at night; pip from last week was really bad! - I took 2 rest days in a row (Saturday & Sunday)- played my soccer match on saturday and did nothing on sunday. Feel really good today, chest day it is!
Took some pics in the morning, looking swole; i see myself growing in front of the mirror wich is nice, finally i can notice the gains. Will update throughout the week.
