1st Testosterone Enanthate Cycle with a daily updated 18 week logbook, diary entry, b
35,male, India, and I've been working out very sincerely and naturally for 1.5 years.
Dropped about 12 kgs of body fat, and introduced my body to weight training in this time frame.
Also managed to kick a 4 packet a day 15 years old smoking habit COLD TURKEY, constantly chewing tobacco, alcohol and eating sweets and fast food.
Still at very high body fat (27%).
Decided to go on a Test only cycle to "wake up" some of the muscle groups that weren't responding well to weight training.
Cycle-
-12 weeks Test E @ 250mgs i/m twice weekly.
-Tab Exemestane (Xtane for me,Aromasin for you) 12.5 mg ED X 12 weeks.
-HCG 250 s/c twice weekly x last 8 weeks
(Will adjust accordingly if there's testicular shrinkage early on).
Week 13-14 NOTHING
(except maybe keep pinning the HCG till 13.4 weeks?)
PCT- Week 15-18
1. CLOMID ED
2. NOLVA ED
3. Natural Test booster ED
4. GW501516/Cardarine 20mgs ED X 45 days (I have ninety 10mg capsules and I'll finish it off)
Stats-
Weight- 94 kgs
Height - 6 feet
BF%= 27
Age- 34
Experience- 1.5 years natural.
Aims- A responsibly handled, well monitored kickstart to certain naturally laggy and non-responsive muscle groups.
Motto-
I don't give up.. That's not how I'm built.
So friends, please don't ask me to stop now. I'm neck deep (7 weeks) in it already.

Congrats on the fat loss and quitting smoking.
However, at 27% you are liable to have more pronounced side effects from elevated estrogen. You should really get that down to 15% to be on the safe side.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I know,dude.. I came across that while researching but I was already 3-4 weeks into the cycle. I should have read a little more before jumping into it but hey! Gotta do a nooby thing to be a noob eh?
I'm wondering if the AI I'm taking might prevent extra aromatisation that the body fat causes.. that way my extra 12% body fat won't matter..
Does it work like that?

Hi bro..
My guess is the HCG went bunk in the fridge because of frequent and long power cuts. I kept shooting but it didn't work and my balls shrivelled up..
Besides, it's a family fridge. The mom, the wifey... Everyone uses it.
When I brought a fresh amp and shot up, my balls got hangin low again..
I've realized 500 twice weekly would probably be good for me. 250 twice weekly wasn't cutting it or maybe it was that the HCG was already spoilt.
Sigh...3rd world problems bro. They suck harder lol..

What happened? Usually a maintenance dose you don't go over 1000iu a week, over than that and I've seen some studies that it isn't worth it

Quite simply put, the boys shrank. As a noob, it scared the crap out of me even though I knew that it was expected to happen.
The first few times, the HCG brought em back to size. After a few doses, they'd get progressively smaller..
The PT at my gym said "go for 500 twice weekly"
But I didn't want to double the dosage right away.
If you chegg the logbook pics I posted, you'll see I tried 250 thrice weekly (total 750 weekly) at first.
Then my ejaculate volume went down to one bleedin drop and the brothers became raisins.
Alarm bells went off in my head and I decided that it's time to get a new vial of HCG.
Worked like a charm.
Next day I was the Sperminator all over again.
But life is a bitch
There were power cuts the next day when I was away at work. Mom forgot to tell me about that. So this new HCG also got spoilt without my knowledge.
I kept pinning.
They kept shrinking.
Got a new vial again (Yup. That's a lot of money wasted.)
Sperminator Mode On.
This is what I take away from all this-
1.HCG is bloody fragile.
2. NEVER EVER store HCG in the door of the fridge as it'll keep getting swung to and fro and that essentially murders it.
3.Handle HCG very carefully- while reconstituting the powder, while mixing and while drawing it into a slin syringe.
4.Watch out for power cuts.

Btw, I agree with you.
In fact, I've read that too much HCG desensitizes your balls to LH and/or HCG making recovery a tad more difficult during PCT.
I'll stick to 500 twice weekly and handle the HCG better this time and see.

Vegetable drawer is where it's gonna be then.
About the door movement thing, I was guessing that getting sloshed around everyday killed it (especially since we tend to slam the fridge door shut a lot).
Coz I remember reading somewhere- "Roll the HCG gently while mixing with water, don't shake it".
So I put two and two together..

Started Test E @ 250mgs in the afternoon
No HCG yet.
I've asked a pharmacy to get it for me. I'll get it by tomorrow they said.

Gym is closed after 12 noon..it's a Sunday. This sucks big time.
Was on the night shift and I started doing dips on the edge of the bed and pushups.
Got an OK pump from that.
I got the HCG today.
I'll start pinning this tomorrow.

Felt "down" in the daytime.
Like my hands were dead.. Grip strength was down.
Felt like the brothers were smaller and the scrotum was closer to the body.
Ignored it.
Got the Aromatase Inhibitor (Exemestane) and started taking it today. (25mg)
Started working out after taking Paracetamol for fever. Got a PT to coach me (finally!!!) after a full year of training by myself and learning from YouTube videos.
He made me do circuits and body weight exercises.

My balls are definitely smaller.. Even the wifey confirmed it (Yes, she copped a feel ..lol)
I got scared and pinned 250mg HCG in my belly fat with a slin syringe.
Am suffering from diarrhoea and it has drained my energy.
Barely made it through biceps workout.
Got a solid pump though.
Pinned 250mg Test E again, at night.
This is the second dose in 3.5 days.

Woke up feeling lethargic.
My entire body was aching..
Must have been some dehydration from the diarrhoea or maybe the circuits that the PT made me do.
Dunno.

DNWO again.
The same persistent diarrhoea.
My head is just not in the game.
I'm feeling a more confident than usual. Almost cocky.
Placebo effect? Probably.
But then, the Test E isn't in it's vial anymore. It's in my system so it could be that too.

Got diagnosed with IBS and some medicines.

This diarrhoea is killing everything.
I'm telling myself "It's only 1 week.. You still have 11 good weeks left.. Relax"

Definitely much better than yesterday.
I'm upping HCG from 250 twice weekly to 250 thrice weekly, for a total of 750 in a week.
500 isn't enough it seems.
