I've got about 5 yrs consistent casual bodybuilding experience under my belt and am preparing a 1st cycle for 50% bulk/50% strength gains, as follows:
Deca Sust Proviron Clomid
WK1 200 500
WK2 300 500 25
WK3 400 500 25
WK4 400 500 25
WK5 400 500 25
WK6 300 25
WK7 200 25
WK8 25 100
WK9 50
WK10 50
Its quite a strong stack for a novice but I would like some advice about dosages and timing, expecially on post cycle prep.
I'm 27, 6'5, 200lbs, v. low bodyfat and consider myself a "Hardgainer". Will be maintaining a 4000 calorie, 350g protein diet throughout.
Any advice from those with experiences of such stack would be greatly appreciated - I want to get it right first time.
