4th cycle of anavar. but took 2 yr break
day 1
5mg 2x a day. (plan for 1 wk. then increase to 10mg for the rest of the wks)
cardio- orangetheory burned 526 calories
weight training- deadlifts
macros- trying to stay close to 40-25-35
also carb cycling
water- 1 gallon a day
weight 154.4
I will post photos the end of each wk to compare to day 1.

The first two cycles I bulked up and felt molded pretty good. I want to get leaner this time tho. I felt like a bulldog almost just so stocky lol. But I do love it all.
I plan on 8-12 wks. I'll decided once I see how my body is liking it. Then 8 wk break and then hit another cycle.
have you considered adding a SARM to your VAR cycle , or stacking compounds at all ? my wife was running Tbol and LGD awhile back and her strength shot through the roof without adding size or water weight.. she's a petite small girl and was machine incline bench pressing 2 plates per side for 8 reps. much better gym gains then she's ever got with just VAR alone. she's going to be running VAR with Tbol and LGD starting next week (she's currently only on 10mg VAR)
I want to cut this cycle with just var then my next cycle I'll look into adding Winnie. Its the only product I've used and have loved it each cycle. Let me know how she likes her stack.
