Get a weighted vest walk around in it.

I used to ride my bike all the time with a 50lb vest on, till i fell off it one day and was rolling around like a turtle fir 30 seconds trying to get up.

I now just cut the grass with a push mower with it on and call it a day.

Training is dessert and not important. Well maybe 30%.

But i can give u som pointers.

Rare two days in a row.

Usually 1 time a week, but i like Levrones advice on hitting weak parts two days in a row.

High rep mod weigth. 20 - 40. I like Kalis u should train the muscles like ur pumping air in a wheel.

But also James Tiny West, this wont work before u have a base.

And i believe in pwos and eye of the tiger. I like to enter the zone two hours before training, mix every quality preworkout component there is and hit the gym when "im high"

And intraworkouts are a must. Last months i sip 10 dl skimed extra protein milk during training. Total of 50 g pro.

I feel it works.

And ofcourse form. I dont count sets if i dont feel them in the muscle.
