    Log: First Test E - it has began

    I have started my first Test E cycle and will be posting my daily/weekly log here.

    First two weeks: 2x250mg per week (500mg weekly)
    Last ten weeks: 2 x 187mg per week (375mg weekly)

    I have upped from my original plan of sticking to 300mg to 375mg(eaiser to manage, 3 ampules per week).

    21st Nov(3AM): first pin of 250mg (on left bum), broke glass ampule while opening, fortunately I had syringe filter(.2u) to use, pined 250iu of hCG (subcutaneously, left side).
    It was push day (chest, shoulders and triceps), came home in evening and saw that my chest is pumped, got scared I am getting Gyno and took .5mg of Anastrozole(I am newbie so have mercy, lol) once my nerved settle then realized that I won't get gyno that fast. Since then I am taking Anastrozole EOD .25mg by using a pill cutter.

    24th Nov(12PM): week1 pin2 of Test E 250mg(on right bum) and hCG 250iu(subcutaneously, right side), my wife saw me preping needles and got scared what I am doing, so I took some time and explained her about TRT and the benefits which I may get, so she won't feel troubled.

    28th Nov(11PM): Week2 pin1 of Test E 250mg(on left bum) and hCG 250iu(subcutaneously, left side).
    I was using 25mm 1" needle for Test-E last week that's why the injections were easier and no pains or anything. But then I read that I need to use 1.5" needle for glute injections, so this time I used 21x1.5" which I had bought earlier: damn it did hurt and there was some blood afterwards. Wondering If I can use my 25mmx1" on glutes or not recommended at all?

    I only have one syringe filter, can i resue the same filter again and again? I did three pins so far and I am still unable to open the glass ampule cleanly(ampule doesn't have dots, only the white line).

    I'll try to post my daily workout routine and macros.

    Day 10 (30th Nov):

    I have gained 2-3k of weight, I guess it's water weight. I started on 65kg, I am hovering around 67.5kg now, it flactuate throughout the day, reaches 68+ by the time in go to bed.
    Recovery has improved, It could be due to the pre-workout I am taking, I used to have around 2 mins recovery time for next set, but now I am ready within 40-50 seconds for next one. Workout time has significantly reduced while keeping the same/improved volume.

    Supplements I am taking on the daily basis:
    1. Animal Pak
    2. Animal Flex
    3. Shaw Palmetto - 550mg
    4. NAC - 600mg

    Calories are 2400+ these days, trying to keep 40/40/20 ratio, but its hard on the day I didn't prep the meals. However I still get hands on some healthy food(easily available here and i dislike junk/fast food).

    Monday onwards, I'll increase the calories to 2500.

    Week 2, Pin 2(250mg) was on 1st Dec, something went wrong(I guess injected a little higher in glute than should be) ended up in 3 days worth of pain and very restless sleeps, Mondy being the worse - didn't sleep at all except an hour. Finally, the pain went away on Tuesday and I slept day+night just to catch up with my lost snoozing.

    Week 3, Pin1 (~.7ml of 250mg, somwhere between 175-200mg) today(5th Dec), it was smooth, no pain so far. I checked the weight in morning today, it was up by 1.8kg, so the current morning weight is 66.8kg.

    I used to be a good eater, meaning I would eat a meal and then I'll be hungry again in 2.5-3 hours, however lately my apeptite isn't matching of old - I think it's because of my stupid preworkout and BCCAs which contains caffein.

    Can anyone share how does it feel when Test kicks in?

    Personally i don't feel things "kick in" anymore, well not to the extent i used to. My first few cycles, i felt a sudden sense of high well being before anything, and then the strength and size followed. With test E generally it takes 4 weeks to start really noticing things...

    Day 27.

    Week 4, pin1 (~.7ml of 250mg and 250cc hCG ) was on 12th Dec. I had to travel overseas that morning so took the pin early in morning. The travel was arranged for 4 days and it was worse for my nutritions and diet, I may have lost 1-2kg and looked thin when I returned on Saturday, feeling sick and sleep deprived.

    Week 4, pin2 (~.7ml of 250mg and 250cc hCG) was on 15th Dec, still feeling tired and sleep deprived, haven't done workouts in last 3 days, today I had my Karate grading and after that didn't have strength to go for workout.

    I wonder if I am overkilling my Estrogen with .25mg EOD, my knees/joints have started making clicking sound and I feel moody sometime with lower libido compare to pre-cycle.

    Checked my weight, I am hovering at 67kg, still 2kg up from initial weight. I'll redial my diet and starting forcing food down. I am hungry these days but don't have appetite/mood to eat.

    Donated my blood in a Hospital when I was on travel, Its hard to do that here due to travel regulations on blood donations.

    Day 32.

    Week 5, pin 1 was on 19th Dec, I suspect that I injected around .8ml of 250mg this time along with 250cc of hCG . I was worried that I may be crashing my Estrogen since my wet gain was reduced, hence I changed my Anastrozole to .25mg E3D now and it seems to work better, I feel much better and have again started gaining some water weight I guess.

    There has been no sides so far, I have been using Himalaya anti-dand shampoo and nizoral shampoo periodically. I live in a humid country so I shampoo almost daily to keep my scalp clean.
    Currently I am only taking 375mg of Test E weekly, I wonder if I should stop taking AI and see If i gain more weight? Would be nice to have a suggestion on this from experienced pros here,

    I have stopped taking .25mg of AI EOD and is now taking E3D. I haven't seen any E sides so far, should I stop taking AI and see If my gains improve further? Would be great if someone can help on this one please.
    I am thinking to do the blood work on 7th week (currently in 5th week).

    You are taking such a small dose of AI already, I do not see it as having any appreciable impact upon the rate at which you are making gains. If you are curious, why not just pulls bloods now?

    well you started taking an AI before ever knowing wither you need to be taking it or not in the first place. nothing wrong with dropping it out completely and seeing how you feel (theres no doubt that its doing nothing to help gains). you can always add it back in if you find your estrogen sensitive. but hopefully your not estrogen sensitive, as you'll be able to make better gains without crushing your E levels every cycle

    Thank you Ernst and GH for the suggestions, I'll better do the BW this Sat or next Wed before pining.

    It seems my wish is coming true of side effects, lol
    I changed the AI to .25mgx2 per week, I can see few acnes on my shoulder/neck/back, face looks slightly puffy and i feel nipple area have started to become pointy though no pain so far.
    For now I'll go back to .25mg E3D and then decide after blood work, don't want to be greedy and get the gyno in exchange.

    Haha, being newbie I was worried that I am going to get gyno and truth be told I just ate to much calories and got a little bit more fat than I started.
    I started on ~ 63.4/64kg and I am hovering ~69.5/70kg right now, I have gained decent size(I am being noticed a lot but not to much to make others suspicious, though some pros in the gym may have noticed my Acnes). I didn't get bloat or water retention(because I don't feel puffy at all).

    Lesson learned, my diet hasn't been perfect as I wanted - mostly due to travel and house relocation, thankfully I am surrounded with health Food courts/joints and I didn't get screwed to much on it.

    I did extend the cycle to 14 weeks, last pin was on this Monday, will wait 2 weeks and proceed with PCT.
