Im in 3rd week now and seen amazing increase of strenth. No weight increase though. B4 cycle max 190 1 time max yesterday 230 3 times. Training hard also every day with Saturday off. Have a small prb though I have some bad pain in my right forarm, during curls and tri workouts. Any clue?
