What do u guys benefit from the most
8 week cycles
12 week cycles
15 week cycles
I have always liked 16 week cycles witch would give me 2 more weeks until pct time.
A good friend of mine who mildly competes said i would benifit more from fadter esters at 8 weeks and taling less time off and jumping back on sooner.

I personally advocate and recommend phase cycling for guys that are serious gym rats .
instead of doing a traditional 12-18 week cycle with a couple compounds ran that whole time.. you run short burst phases and rotate compounds.
traditional cycle
EQ 600mg 16 weeks
Test 500mg 16 weeks
Phase cycling example
weeks 1-6 - Estrogen and volumization phase.
compounds x, y, z
weeks 7-12 - Anabolic phase
rotate in compound a, b, c
weeks 13-18 - Androgen phase
rotate in compounds , d, e, f
even though the time frames are similar.. your going to accomplish more with the phase cycling approach.
even if it was shorter duration, like 10 weeks. two 5 week long phases with compound rotation can still be more effective then traditional cycles
wither you PCT, or blast and cruise, you can still use phase cycling.

Week 1-10
Test cyp 450
Tren hex 300
Dhb 450
Week 10-18
Test cyp 750
Master prop 300
Npp 600mg
Orals were
Week 1 - 6
Tbol 60 mg
Week 10 - 18
Anavar 50mg pre work out
And a couple shots of test base last couple weeks to try it out
I am on week 13 now

June 1st will be thenend of my 18 week run.
I want to jump back on in July for another 2 months but seems kind of pushing it on the body.
And my balls
