6 Month Transformation Results
Since i'm trapped in my prison cell with this ridiculous quarantine, I thought it would be a good time to post my progress. Below is a photo from July 2019 when I was natural and the second photo is from today. In the 2019 photo I weighed in at about 145 lbs at a height of 5'6''. Weighed myself at the gym a few days ago and I am at 172 lbs. Pretty similar body fat percentage in both of the photos, which means I manages to put on about 25 lbs of muscle in about 6 months...

In case you might be wondering what my diet has been like, for the past year I have been on a pretty strict raw meat and raw fish diet, with raw eggs, butter, cheese, white rice, honey and fruit. 6 meals per day with white rice with each of my meals when I was bulking. One or two white rice meals while I am currently cutting.

Thanks. You might be right but I don't really eat eggs for the protein, more so for the saturated fat. Besides, I eat about 2 lbs of red meat and fish per day, so I think that's enough protein.

Makes me feel amazing. When you cook meats you destroy the nutrients. If bodybuilders ate raw meats instead there physiques would look much better.
Also, I enjoy eating a little raw liver usually every other day.
I like to put it in jars and let it ferment for a couple of months. Packed full of all the nutrients your body needs.

The meat looks great. Do you fry it in a bit of butter, or just let it render its own grease in the pan. Butter would count for good nutrients, even if it is cooked, right?
After seeing the photos, I am going to go cut up a pork loin I have in the fridge now and stir fry it to serve with a bit of saucy susan. I guess ill have heartburn tonight in bed in a couple of hours.

I have not eaten cooked meat in over a year other than a cheeseburger I had at a resturant a few months ago. When butter gets over about 100 degrees, the nutrients from the milk begin to mutate and your body will not be able to utilize it as well. It's ideal to put the butter at room temperature on your cooked meat.

Amazing progress! I got hooked up on the food photos, that cheese looks directly out of a sheepfold. Bet it's preservative-free.

Most girls are repulsed by the foods I eat but it doesn't bother me. The cheese and butter are made by an old lady that has been doing it for 50 years. She has a cattle farm and sells fresh milk as well. The cheese and butter are free of any chemicals or salt. She gives me a good deal on it too, $1 / lb for the butter and $1.50 / lb for the cheese.

Not easy to find good meats out there during all this nonsense.
People are turning into animals around here...
Bought up all the Proviron since the pharmacies don't plan on getting anything in any time soon.

i like a little raw beef here and there but man i don't know if i could do it for every meal. can't complain about a little beef tartare though! literally the greatest appetizer of any restaurant and sometimes if dinner wasn't filling enough it makes a good dessert too

How do you kill the bacteria in the raw meat?
And thats some damn good results after 6 months.
I hope I can hit that level of transformation when I hop on.
How have your lifts changed?

Fucking incredible physique brother, honestly the before and after doesn't look too dramatic but you definitely look "fuller" in the second pic. Would have to see similar lighting/settings haha. Might actually be a good nitrogen/water retention when on the cycle (and post pump) especially given your diet. Super interesting btw - could never do it myself just based on texture but I do love some good sushi/sashimi.

Do you get meat packaged at a grocery store or is this from a Butcher? I'm intrigued.. May try this but I want to be sure I'm buying meat that's fresh and will keep. How long can you store that meat in the fridge before it go's bad? Is that fish salmon? I'm assuming wild caught?
