Next cycle help needed?

Guys, give me a cycle not interested in massive size gains more interested in quality muscle. For Test can I take Virormone, this would be my second cycle for the first one I used Virormone and Primo shot every 4 days for six weeks didn’t get any impressive gains than I found this helpful site. So before I make any mestakes I want to get as much advice as possible before I go in juice again, I would like to take my cycles short 6-8 weeks. What kind of protection should I use and when i.e. Clomid, Nolv., HCG etc
