10 weeks of Deca

I just got done with a 10 week cycle of QV deca 300mg.
I feel I made great gaines. I've been tranning for about 8 years I feel I was at my peak, when I started I was 5'10 200lbs, the most I ever benched was 325, and squated 500, that was about a year ago @ 185lbs
My lifts never really went up after that even though I put on some body weight,and it wasen't all fat, I train 5 day's a week and have a pretty clean diet.
This was my first cycle, and not my last!
My bench is up to 375 and I squated 500 for 10 reps (deep) and have put on 20 lbs of body weight, I feel I lost a little bit of def. but it doesn't matter beacuse I just wanted to get stronger, the only sides I got was acne on my shoulder's around week 8, it's starting to go away, but I start clomid today (it's been 3 week's scence my last injection)
My nut's shrunk a little but no deca dick!!!
Just thought I'd share my expreince with evryone on this board that has helped me out so much, Thanx AR

Good job,,nest time put some cyp or enanthate and you will like it even more..

Hell yea, next time it's going to be enanthate,EQ, and maybe some A-bombs to get things started,and probly l-dex, novladex

Deca is great, it just stays in your system too long, that's why I'm not running it in my next cycle.
I also wanted to note that it seem's like the clomid is clearing up my acne on my shoulder's,? has this ever hapend to anybody? I thought colmid made it worse.

I loved the effect Deca had on my joints. No paint at all. They should prescribe it to people with arthiritis or even the elderly. Just my fifty cent...homey.

Resave them as JPEG images. I had the same prob. but thanks to bdtr and his suggestion, I was able to save them.
