This is a picture taken 12-15-2001. I am starting my first cycle at the end of January 2002. It will take that long to finish getting my gear. The cycle looks like this

Don't taper the deca ... run it at 400 or 600 mg a week. Run the bol 35mg everyday for the first four weeks. Don;t use the novladex unless you feel gyno coming on from the dbol ; furthermore, it will not help you from deca gyno.

It was a great cycle for me. I have ordered the gear for my next cycle. I am adding test cyp at 500mg ed and going anadrol instead of dbol . I am hoping to get a solid 30lbs out of it this time. I am up to 215lbs and very little water retention. I will see how much weight I keep? I am going to cut the body fat before my next cycle in July.

I hope you enjoyed no water retention on the last cycle, because chances are adding the anadrol , youll add considerable water weight. I ran anadrol/sust/deca 300mgs. I probably had 10lbs of pure water weight. Granted my strength went through the roof, but the anadrol always seems to fuck with me. Good luck, if your abs look the same way they did at 185, as 215, you probably look great. Stay safe

But your cycle ran 12 weeks didnt it, and you said it started at end of January.

I AM ABOUT TO DO THE EXACT CYCLE AND WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOUR RESULT PICS...EVEN THOUGH I KNOW EACH INDIVIDUAL IS DIFFRENT THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN SOME MOTIVATING STUFF!!!
