BigBoyz CYcle Diary!
Alright, im excited, it once agian has begun.. Im goin into this one with a great base at 6'5 260.... And pretty lean, dont know my bf but over the summer i was prefessionally tested at 8%, im still 260 im sure its a little bit higher but not much... I am natuaraly a lean bodied person... SO WISH ME LUCK, and ill have some pictures for u soon...

Ok, I just weighed my self today and i know that it is only the start of week three but i have been eating like a mad man, and pretty clean to, and I WEIGHED in at 270 even... So for the start of week three i feel pretty damn good... I feel hard from the prop, but I cant wait till hit the var and for the eq and the cyp to start in...

Im smack dead in the middle of week four and im around 276.... IM gettin pretty big fellas... FEEEL great... I cant wait to start the var.... THEN its on...

O yeah, just to fill u in, im starting var on monday... Comin to the end of week 6, i am runnin the arimedex as planned, I am currently hittin low 280's... I am goin to start to increase my cardio, and im probally goin to start kickin in a clembutoral stack in a couple of weeks.. Run 1o on 10 of throughout the duriation of my cycle....

You are big, you are now where I want to end up man. I'm 6'5" 250 right now and just finished wk3 of my cycle. Looking to put on another 20lbs in the next 9 weeks, can't wait.
I bet you get sick and tired of walkin into places and having the short people ask what team you play for.......meaning either b-ball or f-ball. I get that all the time up here.

At least you can say you use to play fball. Me on the otherhand, I gotta mess with the people that ask and say crap like "I'm the guy on the field you usually don't recognize cause my helmet is always on, or I'm just second string" I didn't play any fball except for in HS. I was this tall and only a buck/65, kind of hard to go div1 or advance any further with that frame :-) Bad wheels can't be any fun. My only problems with my wheels is that I inherited chicken legs and being that I'm so tall, it's twice as hard to make them presentable :-( I also have tendonitis in my left knee, really sucks when I get done playing some pickup ball with friends.

Yeah, my knees are fine now I just decided to not play football because after my second knee surgery I realized their is more to life than just football and I dont want to be a crippled old man at 35...

Well, i started the var, this is week two of the var right now... Ill tell u though the freekin holidays through ur diet of so bad... It is really hard to eat as much as usual because i had so much stuff to do... But im back on track... I kicked in the arimedex to minimize the bloating and have started to do a minmum amount of cardio..

Thanks bro... I appreatiate it, honestly. A lot of people used to call me a juice head before i even did juice but i have a lot different work ethic than a lot of people... I also have good genatics... I tell u one thing though, determanation, and hard work have brought me a long way... Take a look at me 10 years from now and lets see how far it will have broughten me then.

I finally hit the 20 inch guns baby.,. I went to get my BF done and all my measurements done... The therapist that did it was like what the hell... I was 258 last time she check my measurements at the very end of the summer at 8% Bf. She tested me know at 281 10% BF. She looked at me after she calculated all my measurements and new that it is not humanly possible to gain that much muscle mass in that short of amount time.... SHe just gave me a smile and told me to be carful.. I have all my measurements (body parts) Ill post them when i find them.
My stregnth is goin through the roof with the var now... I am gettin much more indurance in all my lifts... But overall I feeling good... I kick in some half hour cardio sessions... Im goin to post some new pics soon.Last edited by Bigboy123; 01-04-2004 at 10:18 PM.

OK, i am not lifting for pure stregnth any more since im not playin football but today i lifted with one of my old football buddys... We did chest and I went balls out and that var is def kickin in hard...
My chest routine started as follows:
Flat Barbell
135 for 20 warm up...
275 for 12
315 for 10
365 for 7
405 for 3 (I knew i had more in me so i said **** it im doin another set...)
415 for 3
Then i proceeded to finish my chest workout... I blasted chest today...
