Ok this would be the first official cycle. I am running 60 mcg's of Clen a day. It was brought up to me I needed to bring down the b/f % to a lesser degree before I start my next cycle.
11/8-satruday.
8:00 a.m. downed 60 mcg's
at about 1 hour later, I definately felt the stuff kick in. I was sweating like a fat kid at weight watchers and shaking like a 90 year old.
starting weight: 275
11/9-Real sore from saturdays work out. changed work out to cut reps and weight. my jionts are a little sore but probably just the work out i did.
11/10-monday
ok..it is definately the clen that hurts. My shoulders are tight. I caught a cold but with my system all jacked up it looks like it is going to pass failry quickly.
weight:268!!!! Damn!!!! (ill probably hold that for a coupe of days, but still....Damn)
