Ok,
Week 7 of Enanth750/wk, Dbol, 600Deca/wk, hit a personal best on the leg press. (I LOVES working legs!!!!!!)
I'm 5'7", 228 solid pounds (I'm guessing about 10-11% bodyfat), and did 1,145 lbs for 8 reps! That was after 4 sets of squats, ending with 455 lbs. I just maxed out the machine! The damn thing wont hold any more weight! The cheapass gym wont go out and buy any more 100 pound plates, so that is where I stop I guess.
Every time I think about it I get a stiffy!!!
