Hi all. This is my diary of my first trial of Xenadrine NRG.
My stats:

- Height-5'6"
- Chest-45"
- Waist-39"
- Hips-59"
- Size-22
- Weight-292 lbs
I see a personal trainer twice a week and try to work out at least 5 days a week total. My trainer monitors my eating which includes 2 up days and 5 down. I have a very slow metabolism, so my up days are 1800 cals and my down are 1400.

- Universal Amino 1900
- Multivitamin
- Chromium Picolinate 400mcg
- Co Q-10 100mg
- Calcium 400mg
- Anaerobic Power w/Vit b6, creatine, inosine, glutamic acid, ginseng, astragalus
