My first cycle is done.. here are the results !

Last week i got my last shot of test (24-03-04).. and finished my test cycle... first cycle every.. more will come :dg:
And wow.. what gains.. test is great... the cycle looked like this..

W 1-4 : 40mg ed of d-bols
W 1-11(12): 600mg of test cyp

Started at 224lbs and tody I weighted 259lbs... total gain of 35 lbs.. very very happy :D

My BF was just under 10% when started and now it is just over 11%.. so fat gains wasn't so bad.. 1%..

I stoped my cycle after i was done at week 11, was planing for 12.. never went to the week 12 because i didn't gain anymore after week 9 so didn't see any point of injection more jucie if no more gains was made, the only thing i would get is sides so i stopped it at week 11.


Anyway... total results of 11 weeks on test was great 260lbs right now at 6.2.
My diet was good too.. i was getting about 250grams of proteins everyday.. I know it seems to little but i don't belive in the 2-2.5g/lbs theory.. that is just too much proteing that will end upp in you ass.. you will just s.h.i.t it out.. I tried that before my cycle.. and the only big thing that changed with that amount of proteins was that i was taking a s.h.i.t every 5 houre.. it was a waste..
So in my point of view.. my diet was good..

My workout was based on a normal bulking workout:

Mon:Chest/bi
Tue:Legs
Thur:Back
Fri: Shoulders/tri

Was working verygood and my arm workout was base on GetPsychos armworkout ...

No.. it's time to see how much I will keep after my pct is done..
I will continue my workout as normal.. and my diet is the same..
I will let you know when my pct is done and how it went !!

Anyway.. I very happy with this cycle and can't wait for my next one..
Was thinkig about the same cycle and adding Eq or Deca at 400mg to it..

I had nolva on hand but didn't use it.. saw no signs.. but im taking novla right now because my test levels will fall, and my estro levels will be high.. so im taking now (started this week) with 20mg ed undtill pct is done.. just to be on the safe side now when i don't got any good test levels !

Very nice gain in body weight bro....only 1% bf increase is very good for a bulking cycle, how about u post a sample of your diet, it's sounds like it was in check thru-out your cycle......great job and congrads on the new size.

My diet is pretty simple..

I was getting around 100g of protein and 100g of carbs form my shakes... and about 150g protein from other food I was eating.. don't know about the carbs for food.. but atleast 200g from it..
But I was very strickt with just eating homemade food.. no fast food (just once at mcdonalds)... think that is very important to make you one food.. rise, potatos, diffrent sorts of meat, eggs, lots of milk (love milk, like a baby), and of course water..
