    Unhappy Help no gains t400/deca

    Please help. Last summer I took sust 250 & g bol and gained 15 pounds,I didnt take anything else for awhile and now im in my 8th week of t400 and deca 1cc of each together every week. I have no weight gains to show for, what am I doing wrong? please help ty

    are you sure your gear is legit? Try uping your calories 500-1000 a day. Are you sleeping enough? It could be a number of factors...

    cycle

    I eat whenever I get a chance I have a busy schedule. I get enough sleep and the source is legit.Im at195lbs 5'8" do you think im taking enough every week.

    400mg test and 200mg deca week ?
    You should gain with that.. how does your workout look like..?

    no gains

    I do full body workout 3 times a week because of my work schedule. every sunday i take 1cc T400 & 1cc Deca together. No weight gains 8weeks now on cycle. How should I end cycle and What should I use next. I need lean mass. TY

    your diet must be wrong bro.. or you workout totaly wrong.. how does you workout look like.. exercise and ect

    workout

    triple sets of chest then shoulders then back than triceps then arms and legs. all on mon/weds/fri---sat&sun off

    so you do every body part 3 times a week? I only doe each body part once a week

    It seems to me that you are overtraining? Try to do al of your bodyparts once a week and see what your body does with the extra rest period!

    Bro you are overtraining.. every muscle 3times week.. is too much.. like the other said. once every week is the best... change you workout.. could be why you don't gain !

    what does your diet look like? it is the biggest factor if your are trying to gain.

    Have you noticed ANY bloating in your face? At all? That will at least confirm that your Test is legit.. (test cyp at least)

    Yow, I agree, if you're working each bodypart 3x/week that's too much.

    You should concentrate on going as hard and heavy as possible 1x/week each bodypart each workout, esp if you can only get in 3x/week.

    Not only are you overtraining by w/o entire body 3 x per week you are also overtraining
    in each w/o. Think of it this way..... your gear is preventing you from going backwards if you w/o like this on no gear you would lose muscle. So again your gear is not being used for growth, but for matanence.

    Change the w/o sceme
